To whom we should blame for all these drama

Ofcourse NDA because the knew very well that they do not have majority. At least they should have given ticket to a storong personality like Mr.T.N.Seshan etc.

Same is applicable for Communists also, who could have requested Congress, for a greater personality.

With new president, the only enouragement for ladies, and for the world that India is progressive in this respect that a lady can rise to this highest level of presidentship.
Too many political parties and morever regional parties have a mess at the central/union caninet decisions.

USA never have had any lady president, are they not progressive. Pakistan and Bangladesh have had various lady premiers, would you consider these countries as progressive?

Please grow up from Gender bias and become mature.

Think of national interests.

PRATIBHA sworn in as President of India
by Rajesh Vyas on Jul 25, 2007 03:59 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Sir:

Although she is not the best candidate to be sworn in as the Prseident, she has ben elected as per the not so PERFECT constitution of India. (THIS IS NOT HER FAULT ANYWAY)Let us wish her all the best and let us hope she brings great decorum and honour to this post.

Let us also hope that now that she is sworn in as the President, she will be non-partisan and shall cease to be HER MASTER'S VOICE.

Can Kalam win a Parliament seat on his own?
If not, he is not popular.
If yes, why is he betraying his fans by not contesting.

Remember, Imaran Khan fought at 7 seats simultaneously in Pakistan and lost all seven.

So, don't think being popular is easy and don't confuse internet and TV popularity with really popularity with public
