You are wrong, all these are answered in Hinduism (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Advaita). It produced science( at least the number 0 and not the absolute zero that islam has given),equality( Several religions are considered a part of hinduism, a concept absent in other religions) and Democracy (India is democratic because of Hindus -- Stated by Manmohan Singh).
Hinduism does not specify length of beard,type of clothes etc. and yes it does not specify daily conduct like islam. Do you really think that a religion should specify daily conduct? Is that not absurd?
