Yes should be right when trust is concerned! But asking India to sign the NPT itself is unfair when US, Russia, China, UK and France rightfully keep upgrading their stockpiles. Doesnt India have that "right" for it? Would you accept if teacher gives special rights to only 5 of the students in a class taking into account of their rogue nature?
