by dev singh on Jul 21, 2007 11:14 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

It was a big joke played on the banana reblic by the Italian waiteress and her puppet PM. I feel shamed that this corrupt lady is going to replace the one of the greatest presidents we ever had.

Nemesis shall catch up with Mrs Pratibha Patil very soon
by colonelrajan srinivas on Jul 21, 2007 10:00 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Having said that Saturday 21 July 2007 will go down in History as a sad day for Democracy in India, let me also say two more things. 1.One of the first acts of Mrs Pratibha Patil as President would be to grant clemency to Afzal Guru and spare him from the gallows.2.Mrs Pratibha Patil will not last long as the President; for Nemesis on account of her past misdeeds would soon catch up with her; and she would be forced to resign. Her name too shall go down in History as the first President who resigned and went home in ignominy. And what a contrast that would be to the Gentleman President we have had in Dr Abdul Kalam. To end believe me, India shall have the misfortune of having either Sonia Gandhi or Rahul Gandhi as the PM; but take heart, their days of misrule will not last long. Trust me, every dark cloud has a silver lining. Jai Hind.

So who is responsible to fix it.. DO YOU THINK THE POLITICIANS WILL CHANGE LAWS WHICH BENEFITS THEM. When would a law come into existence which says that a Citizen can only get elected for his/her state of residence and NOT SOME REMOTE LA LA LAND IN SOUTH INDIA to guarantee your Lok Sabha Seat...
Think Please Think.. WHO IS GOING TO FIX THE OLD BRITISH LAWS...

Do you even insist on change of laws during Elections..

Indian President synonymous to Queen of England with no powers
by QandA on Jul 21, 2007 09:51 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Article 52 of the Indian Constitution states "There shall be a President of India". Article 53(1)vests in the President the executive powers of the Union which are exercised by him either directly or through officers subordinate to him in accordance with the Constitution. Although the Constitution explicitly says that the president is the executive head of the state, real executive power is exercised by the Council of Ministers, headed by the Prime Minister. This is inferred from Article 74 of the Indian Constitution, providing for a "... council of ministers to aid and advise the President who shall, in exercise of his functions, act in accordance with such advice".

Get EDUCATED YOU HINGLIH SPEAKING LOOSERS... Ya go on FIGHTING FOR CONGI OR BJP and in turn the COUNTRY IS THE LOOSER. LET THE CONGI AND BJP EAT THE CREAME PIE.. YOU ALL LOOSERS JUST BLOG BLOG BLO... DO NOTHING.. AND ONLY VOTE FOR A CANDIATE WHO IS CONGI OR BJP. NO ONE ELSE IS THERE RIGHT... LOOSERS...
