Dear terminator it is a bad day for Chaddiwalas and a painful one too. They not only feel that their chaddis were pulled down in public but also kicked hard below the belt.
While the whole world rejoices with India on Pratibha's election to the high office, it comes has a hard slap on the face of Advani who called for a conscience vote, failing to specify, which resulted in his own party members acting out of conscience and voting for Prathiba. Had he stressed it further the whole NDA alliance would have supported Pratibha. Anyways, the Prez poll gave a bloody nose to Advani and Vajpayee, who did every thing expected of impotent women to insult a lady. Of course Shekhawat is now chewing the sour grapes he had bitten since the results were out. The fellow had no face to face Pratibha and resigned before she could officially take over the presidency. The election has only shown that Sonia is a strong leader and will not be cowed down to complaints of chaddiwalas who fill the blog postings with hate and frustrations. Keep watching that Advani will disappear from media for several weeks. This is an old trick of that cunning fox. He did it during Kargil and every time he had to take responsibility. He is a shame and disgust to the Chaddiwalas.

Useless and irresponsible to comment like this. Wwishing someone's death is no way to solve a problem, it is a cowardly way out when you hope someone else will do the nasty job for you. Terrorism is NOT the answer to anything. It is cowardly, harms innocent people, creates panic and destabilises normal life. Is this what you want? Learn to take your responsibilities seriously - vote, ask for the politicians to account for their deeds and decisions, take an active and constructive interest in politics and learn first of all to respect your fellow Indians.

That may be so, start a protest then, Kurt Waldheim turned out to be a Nazi and was made to resign from office, we can do the same if you can prove your declarations. Wishing people dead or hoping soemone will kill them IS irresponible. What would happen if a terrorist attack took place and your family happened to be in that place? Don't be stupid, we Indians either don't bother or are cowardly wanting someone else take care of our problems, this is why we are still slaves to the west. As for peace, from the comments I think we are all bloodthirsty and frustrated, but with no courage to tackle this ourselves.

No i3 is considered unlucky by Anglo Saxons as Judas was the 13th disciple at the Last Supper before Jesus was betrayed. Why should we consider this an unlucky date? Even Christians in other countries (Catholic) don't consider it unlucky.
We should elect our prime minister directly, and combine it into the post of the president, like the American system, and make that person responsible for the Administration of the country. At least then the MPs and MLAs will not have the power to corrupt the administrations. There is too much power in the hands of the MPs and MLAs.

Looks like a sensible person to me... And do you think the politicians will voluntarily do this.. I mean do you think politician will make a constitution to loose their own power.. When was the last time a politician made a LAW WHICH BENEFITTED COMMON PEOPLE. Do you know WHAT IS HAPPENING AT THE MOMENT with the Nuclear Fuel Negotiation? Do you know that INDIA is being forced to open up the Agricultural sector in return? This SEEMS PURE BUSINESS but I THINK THERE SHOULD BE MUCH MORE IN THIS BARGAIN. Do you know that if you want more VISA to go to US for work, in return you will have to open up your RETAIL SECTOR? ARE YOU EQUIPPED WITH ANY LAWS WHICH CAN DEFENFD A COMMON MAN AGAINST A LARGE CORPOPRATION. Do you even think that that's required?
