1. Gov of MH should file charges against Amitabh for filing false documents [ fraud ] 2. Change the laws of MH where agricultural lands can only be acquired by a. independent entities that have over 75% of their income obtained from agriculture for the last 5 years. b. Have resided in the state for the last 20 years c. In case of a corporation / ltd be classified as an agriculture related company
Instituting these changes would make it more difficult for such land grabs.
Probably it can happen only in India. Pressure tactics, unscrupulous , illegal activities by the corrupt and undermining the very constitution under which they have taken the oath. The silver lining here is whatever illegal transactions are conducted by the ruling party is undone by the opposition when they come to power in the next term- of cousrse they replace them with their own brand of illegal activities. I hope in the end the net damage to public is minimum.. I do not know who is the famous celebrity in Mayawathi's camp now..Let him/her be watchful as their illegal gains will be short lived after all..
