Not accepting Dr.A.P.J Abdul Kalam for the second term as President is a great loss to the Nation.Though every Indian citizen wants him to continue as the President, our politicians could successfully turn down the wishes of all the Countrymen. This situation does definitely indicate that there is a loophole in the election of the President of India and it requires correction so that it does not happen once again.Indian democracy is no doubt great but what had happened against the wishes of all Indian citizens is higly ridiculous and it clearly indicates the minds of politicians. Based on the above what is to be done in next elections is to be decide by the citizens of india.This is the only weapon people have in their hands.Let us think before voting during next elections.

It will go down as a sad day in history of India when a able and deserved President with such high values and moral had to step down and make way for someone becoz of political reasons. I am sure congress must have celebrated this but this decision is going to haunt them for ever and am sure people of India will show them Exit door in next elections.
Yesterday I was quite moved listening to Mr Kalam's address to the nation. What a great vision he had for India. He was really a great President & will ever remain people's President. It is a matter of shame that Congress & Left Parties without listening to the wishes of majority of Indians, chose a true rubber stamp to be the President of India only to satisfy their egos. Let me say that Ms Pratibha Patil is not the people's President. Rather, she is the President of corrupt politicians. Anyhow, let us now pray for the betterment of India. I also wish all the best for the people's president i.e. Hon'ble Dr A.P.J.Abdul Kalam. Let the Almighty give good health,happiness & prosperity to him & his family members wherever they live. Very well said! All good things have to come to an end, so is the tenure of a great person like Dr. Kalam. Now, we are back to the same old mess.
We salute you Dr. Kalam for your work which will be never forgotten by the Indian and always inspires. Now we will more benefit while you teaching the young student instead of Stupid politician.
I guess there will be long long queue for the admisson at the Anna University. The students there will get the golden opportunity to hear the golden works from our beloved President...

Sir, Dr APJ Abdul Kalaam was the greatest Presidents of India. I, personally compliment him for his dedicated services to the Nation as a super Scientist, superman and one of greatest President of India. We always try to follow the path left by him for one and all. I once again salute for his great services to the Nation. MS Tomar, Amity University.
Countrymen, By not giving second term to Dr.Kalam, the UPA and left have done great injustice to us, the millions of indians who want to be proud as indians. I urge all self respecting indians to boycott this new chaamchi who occupied the rastrapati bhawan as sonia's agent. Let us boycott her everywhere and at all times.

I agree. Maybe if we all can protest we can make our feeling known, Patil can never be to India what Kalam was, he knew how to inspire the people and look forward. Sonia Gandhi who has no part in our history must know that she cannot dictate the Indians, yet this is exactly what we are allowing her to do by not uniting and making known what Indians want. This is our country. We must decide what we want and who our leaders should be. Jai HInd!

Absolutely, it's not a penny worth and above all, it's a DISGRACE for a humble person like Dr. Kalam to be amongs the CORRUPT and DISHONEST POLITICIANS !!
A name that echoes in the hearts of children for care, pure love n affection. youth - for inspiration, motivation. Adults - for idealogy, life style. old - as pathmaker,how to be a role model.
He's a posture, stature, caricature to all the generations. HATS OFF. Country like us does'nt deserve the services rendered by him, so y he's steeped down today from the chair. The Chair is never a honour to him, He is an honour the President Chair.
