perfectly fine with all ur statements.
But, do you want to have nuclear wastes from the US re-processed in India? What is the risk involved? Which International Agency is monitoring Americal Nuclear policy/capabilities and keeping a tab on it? Do we really need american support in our nuclear labs, I am sure we didnt need anything in space program, and I dont think we will need any in Nuclear research. Why this deal at all in the first place?
If it happens with a win-win stiuation, it will be like booster to India's growth all togather...coz this will be very much usefull in coming years or decades:)
