It is not necessary that every MP/MLA has had previous experience of voting in presidential election; some may be MP/MLA for the first time while some may not have gotten the opportunity before because of their term of office not coinciding with a presidential election. Besides, given the significance of the votes by each MP/MLA, it is always wise to have voting instructions clear so that no vote is accidentally wasted because of some minor glitch.......makes sense?
There is no time for our MLA's and MP's to view your advertisement. They are buzy in taking money from the President Candiate who will give better and we h've no power to vote for the election. So rediff should withdraw this add immediately.

An MP/MLA CANNOT vote for a person not nominated for election to the post of the President. So your suggestion "simple DO" is out of the window.
