Best wishes to Dr.Kalam.
by Gopalkrishnan on Jul 18, 2007 02:48 PM  Permalink

May be the successor might prove to be a better president than any of the predecessors, but Dr.Kalam with his simplicity and high aspiration for the upcoming India has all made an indelible dent in the hearts of entire popluation. His dissension to take up a second term saved himself from falling into the cesspool of politics and his well wishers too. When we take the Indian democratic politics and Dr.Kalam we can perceive the true behaviour of Indian politics and the true citizens of India. Dr.Kalam appeared to be the idealistic face of Mahatma Gandhi in his vision about India's future. At this juncture while setting to vacate the High Office, I wish him good health and enduring happiness for the rest!

Kalam The Great
by Ashwani Kumar on Jul 18, 2007 02:48 PM  Permalink

Sir,
I salute you for the honour, respect and grace you have brought to our country during your tenure as the President.
As millions of countrymen, I too would have loved you to grace the President's House for the second term, but we know the motives of political parties, especially the Congress. They want only the YES MAN. We are proud of you that you rejected their plea of being a YES MAN time and again.
Warm Regards
Ashwani Kumar, Dronacharya, Gurgaon
