As you lay down your office as President of this great country, I, an ordinary citizen of India, wish to congratulate you. Normally, one congratulates a person on assuming an exhalted position. But I am offering my kudos for the examplary manner you discharged your duties without fear or favour. Words fail me in how to not only praise you but, also express my debt of gratitude as a citizen of India for what you have done for us which no popular elected politician could do.
Your Excellency, You had done many wonders in your life span. You had spent most of your life for our country. Upon retirement I think you still would be working for the progress of nation on projects like PURA's where you are proposing a right mix of urban setting in specialised rural areas.I believe such concepts can generate better employment opportunities and good townships and neighbourhoods for people to live,work and play.
