I agree with what Rahul has said...Dr.Kalam will always remain people's president. He was a progressive president and wish India had opted for his second time presidentship...
You will recognised in India's history as the most popular president ever. If there were 100 selfless people like you at helm of Indian politics, this country would have been a much better place to live in.

Hi Sujatha, Pratibha Patil is already celebrating her victory...Dr.Kalam was never hungry for his power. Lets see what Pratibha has in store, sounds like she will be more of a politician than what Dr.Kalam was since her credentials are so. She will never be people's president, she will be a president for Congress and she will remain so.
You are the best president of India and also a great human being, Scientist, Philosoper but not a good politician. I thank you to complete your tenure with a happy mood and in sound health by remaining in between murky politicians.
I hope your knowledge will be more beneficial to the people of India by joining the any institution of higher education.
