Ya ya ... but if he is not innocent then the chances of his coming back "with all charges cleared" is pretty slim. Well, if he is a terrorist supporter (which he could very well be, since most muslims on the least have a soft corner for such MUSLIM Scum), then it would be better if he does never come back at all (immaterial of what his family says!). At least every true indian should be hoping for it ....
