Desperately seeking some Clerics from Masjids to motivate citizens of India to do something for themselves, like making an effort to reduce corruption, making an effort to force the Rogue Police to change their ways.

Thats a good idea. The clerics can now search the internet keep in touch with the Islamists worldwide so that propagation of their destructive theology can be more effectively conveyed to a larger audience. And all that comes out of taxpayers money on whom their students can easily target later on.
