Indians should appreciate and be thankful for the secular, democratic country they have. All Muslim countries will be in wilderness unless they realize that secularism is pre-requisite for democracy. Independent press, judiciary and election commission can only sustain democracy.
It is a tragedy that none of our South Asian neighbors can maintain a stable Democracy. The path of Bangladesh to an emergency-military state is one which will not benefit India at all. Even if Khaleda Zia openly encouraged Islamic fundamentalism and anti-Indianism, with this political instability those forces will be left to run free. We have already seen how a military regime in Pakistan has done in curbing militant forces.
The problem is very deep rooted and as institutional growth is not going forward these all countries are failed state in making if not already. Same case with Pak, many African Muslim countries and also gulf countries and the real problem vis a vis India is concerned is the places were democracy is not there terrorism breeds and flourishes
INDIA IS UNLUCKY AND UNFORTUNATE TO HAVE ALL ITS NEIGHBOURING COUNTRIES IN NOT ONLY TROUBLED STATE BUT ALSO THRIVING AND ENCOURAGING ON ANTI-INDIA SENTIMENTS. PAK/NEPAL/BANGLA/SRILANKA/AFGHANISTHAN EXCEPT PROBABLY MALE IT IS IN THESE CONDITIONS, THE PEOPLE OF INDIA HAVE GREAT RESPOSIBILITY TO PROTECT ITS DEMOCRACY AND DEMOCRATIC INSTITUTIONS. PLUS WE HAVE OUR OWN JOKER POLITICIANS WHO NEEDED TO BE WEEDED OUT. ALL THE BEST!!!

we all know the problem Mr. SLVP....what's the solution....please brief that...:)
The most important thing for Bangladesh is not the arrest of Sheikh Hasina or any other politician / beurocrat. The important thing is the return of democracy in Bagladesh.Let the institutions that are responsible to deliver justice take care of politicians/beurocrats.If the systems are weak/ not functional then take necessary measures to put them in place.
