President disqualifies BJP MP (July 13, 2007, Hindu)
President A. P. J. Abdul Kalam has disqualified Bhartiya Janata Party's Krishan Murari Moghe as a Member of Parliament from Khargone in Madhya Pradesh for holding an office of profit. The action followed an Election Commission recommendation.
BJP brought the office of profit bill to trap others, but trapped their own MP. Every leader will trap their supporter to escape themselves. Beware of Sangh Parivar netas!!!
Bhartiya Janata Party's Krishan Murari Moghe is a scapegoat; Manoj Mishra (UP communal CD) and Rajinder Singh (Human trafficking case by Babubhai Katara case); DG Vanzara is a scapegoat; Rajkumar Pandian is a scapegoat; NH Dabhi is a scapegoat; Ajay Parmar is a scapegoat; Sant Ram is scapegoat (everybody worked for Sangh Parivar.)
Comment: Seeking conscience vote is legal, but casting vote for Shekhawat is illegal, because he belongs to Sangh Parivar family who has a factory to manufacture Sanjay Joshi sex CD and who makes Narendra Modi as a brand ambassador of condoms.
If there is no political link, then why are Modi & the rest of the Gujarat BJP politicians as well as BJP backers on rediff forums, crying themselves hoarse in support of the murders committed by Vanzara & co.? This case will fizzle out in Gujarat and Vanzara will be out on bail very soon. Justice can only prevail if the trial is conducted out of Gujarat as in the BEst Bakery case. BJP govts always support murderers amongst their supporters - look at the Prof. Sabberwhal case in MP.
The Judges Controlling the courts, find it very painful to take action against the police for any crimes committed, even murder.
The Judges avoid getting into the bad books of the police or have decided, not to take action against the police, in the larger interest of the nation.
As per the constitution, if the courts seriously take action everytime the cop commits a crime, 90% of the police force will be suspended. the Government will not be able to recruit new people, because the main incentive of joining the Police is, to make a lot of money, also with uniform and power gained harass the people. If the courts take action all these perks will be lost.
What we require is a strong peoples movement to take on the arrogant, corrupt Government officials and politicians, Rogues in the Police force and the Judiciary... JOIN IN NOW. CITIZENS POLICING THE CORRUPT AND POLICE IS A MUST TODAY.

Police are not above the law, according to the Constitution Of India ... but the Judges everyday condone cops in courts for various crimes, in Magistrates Court, Sessions Courts, High Courts and the Supreme court...Even in a high profile cae like Jessica Lal case, the cops are not on the radar of the courts.
I have a first hand experience, in the Mumbai Sessions court and High court...of the Judges refusing to take action against police officers, for which I complained to the CJ Supreme Court ( full letter appears on my website).
www.RoguePolice.com/cjapex.htm
After this favourable treatment by the Judges for years, the police feel and have decided, they are very much above the law. Even Sr Police officals in Mumbai, with whom I have argued this point, because of my arrest in a bogus case, blatantly say "Law is for the civilians, we are there to see others follow the law and there are no laws applicable to Police" ...regarding enquiries instituted, in the case, which has given a clean chit to the erring police officals, they say proudly "Ek vardiwala doose vardiwale ke khilaf report nahin deta"...
So, in brief, it is the Courts that have, effectively decided that the Police are above the law and take action only, when there is a hue and cry in some high profile case... at other times the Judge pass the buck, to another judge and the 2nd judge passes it to the 3rd, till the complainanant gets tired of chasing the courts.

Mr Chugani, I read your letter to CJ YK Sabberwal. Unfortunately your timing was wrong as he was about to retire and also your letter did not have the entire synopsis in the first para - which is required if you want these authorities to read further - believe me !! Redraft your letter giving the entire synopsis at the beginning and send it to the new CJ of the SC and of Bombay HC. Contact Kewal Semlani for your RTI help. Good luck.
"There will be a Gujarat-like situation in Rajasthan if the State Government did not stop its 'appeasement of Muslims' and 'anti-Hindu' policies." --Bhairon Singh Shekhawat, former Rajasthan chief minister, Gangapur on 23 April, The Hindu, 30 April 2002.
The elections for the post of the president of India have rather opened up a free for all. The saffron sympathetic journos in the media have rather taken upon themselves the onerous task of excavating the past of the UPA candidate.
There is no difference in 'khakhi' whether it is RSS or IPS. Both of them are symbols of cruelty.
Now the truth is revealed that an attitude of arrogance and obstinacy created these 'cultural organisation'(s). Such people creates disgrace in the world.
