7/11 Train bombs
by Coomi Selod on Jul 12, 2007 09:17 PM  Permalink

Everyone who lives in the suburbs, has one thing in common, especially those who live furthest away from the city centre...with no other alternative but riding the locals. They take God's name, then ...jaan hatheli par rakkh kar ghar se nikalte hain... and on entering home again heave a deep sigh Thanking the almighty for bringing us home safe... till the next morning.
My heartfelt sympathies to those whose loved ones didnt come home that fateful day, and pray that the souls of the lost ones, rest in peace...Amen

being a survivor myself, all of us commuters observed 2 mins silence, standing, when the train reached Borivali Platform 3, the place where the blast occured., this was in memory of our departed fellow commuters, we prayed for betterment of their dependents and also the survivors.

Mumbai

Why people like the author resort to statements like If one were to ask me about the most resolute city in the world, I would not think twice to name Mumbai. And what if I ask to name a few big cities that has the worst infrastructure? I just wonder why our beloved mumbai friends leave everything on to the government and do nothing to make the city better? Everyone is selfish.
