because we all always say that government people are not intelligent or educated and they should learn private sector...i.e. why ONGC hired a Private Agency..so that you all don't crib later in case of any mishap or failure..
ONGC is an Indian Company. Hence, such accidents are bound to happen frequently. Wonder when Indians will become thorough professionals and do all the work with perfection and without any problem or failure.

vessel is operated by private company,ongc is a upstream petroleum company not a vessel operator or cargo ship operator,try to reach sea in this weather MR kargosh,u will never in dream try to wander in sea next time,easy to talk?///ok

well, It will take a long time. When Indians start voting properly without looking at caste or creed, or party or region, but just for the individual candidate, then a start will be made towards good democracy. Also when majority of Indians start doing their duty without being forced to, and asking for their rights as citizens, then only we can see change.
