We cannot just take the developments in Pakistan very lightly. To some extent we are in a murkier situation than them. In Pakistan, it is the uneducated and mostly tribes men Are becoming terrorists. From the govt point of view, it is easy to identify and target them. In India, even the educated ones are into terrorism which makes it difficult to Distinguish between a terrorist and a non-terrorist. The educated and professional terrorists are a bigger threat since they could be more effective and hard to catch hold of. They will be in constant research to improve their striking capability which makes them more powerful than the gun slinging marauders. If the Glasgow act was a success, noone would have come to know who the people involved are. So who is sitting on a volcano?? India or Pakistan ???
now as long as mushraf is president it will going to happen.wht ever people say abt him he is a educated and forwardlooking person if any one of u have ever heard his speeches specially in any educational institutions u knew that he is not at all a jehadi element .yes he is responsible for kargil but i think it was more related with paks internal tussel between civil govt and militry of that time.mushraf is doing many thing to bring back pakistan frm a failed muslim state to a modern pakistan .yes its very difficult as muslims are not ready to look forward and accept change .they are still fighting for 1000 years old laws which no one understand .for india i think mushraf is best suitable option to deal with like usa atleast india is not dealing with any mulla educated in a madrasha and having 20 children and 10 wife.
I hope Mr Geelani and company know what is happening in Lal Masjid.Why are they silent in the name of Islam.Why did they cry when similar things happen in JK(Charar e sharif).Sikhs who cry for operation blue star are silent too.Reason or no reason,terrorists must be treated this way only.I am happy Pak is tasting its own medicine now.I hope religious fanatics or hypocrites or the people who use religion for politics learn a lesson from this and change their ways.But I know such people are thick skinned people so I pray to god to change their thinking for betterment of society.

I fully agree Boss. One has to admit that India owes a great debt to Sikhs. There is only 1 brave community in India & they are the Sikhs. Sikh unrest in the 1980s cannot be equated with Islamic Terrorism. Sikh unrest was created by Indira Gandhi & she paid the price of it. The Brave Sikhs have given their lives for this Nation.
The ultimate shame of the Nation was the anti-Sikh riots. Sanatana Dharma in the North India has survived in whatever form it is today ONLY because of the Brave Sikhs otherwise the timid HIndus would have readily converted had it not been for the Brave Sikhs.

these mullahs and their brain washed desciples are the tumour of any country,and they should be operated and removed from the nation before it becomes a cancer and spell death to whole of nation.Madrasas should ne integrated to schools and should be controlled by govt.Any body who wishes to join these classes can join to study their religious belief as part of a school curriculum.There shud be strict monitoring of all religiuos tutoring.I believe that nobody has any superiority to claim over the other.Let their belief save them.But not with such tumours around!

If Lal Masjid incident would have happened in India than our coward Congress Govt.and other so called secular parties would have gone all out to find a way out without annoying muslims to keep intact their vote bank at the cost of annoying Hindus . That is one of the advantages of being a uniform country like pakistan. Since they are all muslims, politicans over there do not get to appease minorities. Whereas congress in India was very "smart", they preferred to keep india secular and allow a sizable number of muslims in India. That way they can keep appeasing them even after conceding pakistan to them.

What is wrong in taking an antiestablishment stance if the establishment is clearly a rogue one? What is wrong in defying authority if the authorities are corrupted? Change comes in small, painful doses. When will India learn?
