The MAYOR of KMC is certainly not a worried man. His (MAY/OR)solution to the water logging problem is two fold. 1. MAY it not rain in Kolkata any more (becoz he has no solutions) 2. OR the clouds should release the optimum of rain to avoid flooding.
I don't know what a person he is and has been MAY/OR 'ing for the last three years. At least the previous one was sensual (a neutral opinion).

if you are habitual swimmer in bay of bengal, don't be afraid.You can swim and reach ur destination soon. there are no other alternatives.
