The law is made by Politian. It is always for their Protection. Politian can do any thing wrong, even the supreme court will never stop. If it is a common man who defaulted in Loan Repayment he will never get a loan from other source. But for politian everything is ok. It is India . Jai Pratibha

yes politician's can change the law as they require.
I was expecting the same... Now even RBI will give clean cheat to her bank. And In few days she will recieve awards for being a gr8 women in Indian History
