I am surprised to see such comments by former RAW chief. Dikkat yeh hai that initiating talks with them would mean acknowledging that they are not part of India.

Terrorism is exactly the same like Frankenstein. Its mentors, US, UK and some parts of the WEST, along with the administration, Pakistan, Afganistan and others in middle east and other Islamic part of the world has to suffer.
