Mumbai, the financial capital of India needs serious repair in terms of infrasture. We are projecting it as India's Newyork or China's Shanghai. But Mumbais pitty condition after a good rain makes it comparable to an ugly city of Bangladesh or pakistan.
Bbay....no way is fit to b fin capital.... too much of interference from locals... It shud be in a place that does not belong to any state ... it shud be directly under center... Like delhi was some time back..... Center in this way can plan city better... Since no such area exist at this time. Central govt shud find a place and take it from one or more state to create independent area... It doesn't matter if ir is in north or eat or west or south or center.. Rains or summer or winter is easier problem to tackle.
bombay is full of tension, this city dnot stand for financial status , make una or dharmsala in himachal predesh the best location , because of peace ful people and cool environment,, locted in beutiful himalayas,,,,declare it soon, there is bunch of joker like shive sena and terrorist orgnistion to blast bomb

I use to live there.....it is a great city....so lively so vibrant.....and there is no place like Mumbai in this world....it use to have its own charm....The city of dreams....The city of gold....Mumbai is one such place in this world where you can make your life and living and it can also take away your life from you.
It is how you take it and how you lead your life...the place like Mumbai can be great place or rather even more superior place to live if the red tape or babu and backhander traditions and bureaucracy can be wiped away....what is most required is the corrupt government and police official need to change not for their personal gains but the long term prospect on the city.
I miss the life of Mumbai. I have learnt a lot from the city and it is one such place which has given me a lot. I feel that the transformation is happening in Mumbai with the new generation coming in. The city has the aptitude to live upto its ethics.
I feel and I always use to say that government whether local or state or central must not hinder in business and government had and has NO RIGHT to be in BUSINESS. The government must only use its machinery to the good of the city and country and not for personal gain for the politicians.
I feel the new and modern generation will come into force as the older corrupt people will eventually go away or have to go away under any means if the city is looking towards a optimistic future generation city to surviv

Hyderabad has the dest infrastructure in india for any kind of groth it has saperade districts for every filed like IT hub , Chemical, pharma , and also ahve a sky scraper colony where teh min hight of the buildings should be 30 stores ,and the best part is that it is the cleanest city in INDIA. forth coming projects. the tallest building in india (both commercial and Resediential) teh biggest mall in india by some bubay based construction company hyderabad stock exchange againa sky scraper but twin towers biggest internation airport in india many more.......... on the other hand dont want HYD to be a big city as Bombay as more population will flock in and inturn destroy the cleanyness abn buty of HYD

Yes. Shift commercial capital to a higher altitude place. The climatologists say that monsoon will be irregular all over the world and many countries are facing the problems which were never heard before. Dry places are getting too much of rain. Only Indians make noise but all over the world, the countries have started preparing for the new climatic change. Our ancestors knew like for e.g a civilisation high on Andies mountains of South America still has fortified walls of their kingdom. Irregular rains are going to stay followed by years of dry spell and people dying out of draught. It is nature.WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER IT BUT CHANGE OUR ATTITUDE AND FOOL THE NATURE. To cheat nature shift financial capital to a higher altitude place of about 5000 acres and construct one of the best financial capitals of the world. The coastal cities or areas should never be preferred because the sea will occupy/enter into 5 to 6 kms of the coastal area. It is nature and we cannot do anything. If any hinterland is preferred the 5000 acres or more should be at a suitable height of 1000 feet above the lowest point in the nearby area. One never need stay near this city because one can operate from anywhere like BSE and NSE trading. This new city will be 7x24x365 or 366 days functioning city free from bandhs and destruction from natural calamities. After the largescale destruction of mankind within a few centuries somebody will learn about this city later on.
