It is unfortunate that we are losing more and more people in work related stress. I think that counselling on regular basis to all officers in forward areas particularly militant infected areas is a must. More over the vactation for suchpostings can be increased. It is a pity we are losing touch human values in our objective to achieve our professional aim

Dear Mihir,
Army men are also human beings.They are not Gods.They also have emotions...If one has to go to any isolated post on uphills & face unhuman weather & other calamities ,then one one can realise about the ground realities.Their could be N number of reasons for stress..Mind you in case of Captain Megha..she just got married four months ago..It is very easy to say by sitting far away may be in AC rooms and comment on others work.It because of braveries of our Army men that we are taking breath in Freely.Ya I do agree that in army also corruption & other muddlings are taking place..but did we ever realised why it did happened in 1st place.Our army is the 3rd largest in the world & we should be proud of it.

The whole world knows how great your US of A is.Everyone knows what is going on in Iraq.If there ever was a war between India & the USA, all the yanks will do is launch cruise missiles from a distance & not step on Indian shore, not because of some brilliant military srategy but bacause they would be too scared of what the Indian Armed Forces might do to them.
