Whats the price of an Indian Life? Govt doesn't give a Damn..
by Ambrosia on Jan 31, 2007 11:50 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Recently I read an article about the aged grandson of Veer Savarkar...who was found abandoned by society and left for begging in the streets of Pune...That was not the shocking part...what shocked me was the response of veteran Gandhians...who argued it was his fate...I say WTF, if we and our appointed Govt cannot look after the welfare of its citizens, especially who give their ultimate sacrifice for their nations sake...Who else will take care of them? Damn us, 'we the people' who have given such Political Parties power to doom us... I think most Indians have lost their ability to fight and ask for their rights in a supposedly Free State...India is going to become the SuperPower of Quota Raj and Beggars...if we let these a**h***s to rule us.

Disappearance of a woman
by subhashini subramaniyam on Jan 31, 2007 11:25 AM  Permalink

I definitely agree that husband's demise is such a sad thing in this world, and that too in a country like India, b'cos, we people are that much sentimentally attached. But as far as the children are concerned, she should not have been like that. Anyhow, we will pray for her early come back from the jail as well as from the depression.
