Our IT professinals are only interested in making money. This is their training. When the principal of a reputed engineering college met the new students on the first day he talked about the high salaries their graduates were getting. Why bother about missiles and China when there are more important things like dollars?

Even if anybody is interested in not money but country then u need to be patient enough to bear with government mechanism and the lethargic & self-centered decision making bodies

Hi Sachin, If we compare India vs China Vs US on High-tech index which include IT, India falls behind because India is a IT service or High-tech services company and not IT product or High-tech product country.
So India and Indian engineers can help any country with product focus to create that product in less cost but cant produce product with same speed and quality.
Hi, When we develop Nuclear, Pak demonstrated nuclear, when we develop Trisul (missile), they developed Kori (missile). Similarily, when US develop something chinese atleast showing something to get their attention. But when China develop something, we (india) didn't respond enough. We should show our muscle by atleast showing something. But we are not doing that ENOUGH. As far as weakness is concerned, every country has weakness. Even Planet's richest country US has poor people. So, forgot about other things. Show your muscle, instead of showing our weakness. There are millions of ways a country as whole (like india) can show her supremacy. Let us do that. We have to copy our enemy in their ways & suprise them. Also important thing is communication. Don't talk about positive points of other nation. You cannot see any achievement India made in Chinese news papers, but our people praise chinese a lot eventhough that news doesn't deserve that much praise.
Wonder what the "peace activist", Bidwai has to say now. He will probably be keeping his big fat marxist gob shut. No doubt. And what will that other "peace activist", Arundhati Roy and general expert on everything else be saying. No doubt keeping her lefty gob shut as well
Now USA is the powerful country in the world, if it like, it can attack any country, but as a democratic country, USA still worry about its peoples and other countries opinion.
But imagine if china become the powerful country in the world. It will not care about any country or even about its own people. It%u2019s a communist country with out human rights.
In this situation if china get new weapons or even it get more stronger economically all the countries need to worry about it ( except pak). China is seems like just waiting to get a right position to attack its enemies like Taiwan, Japan especially India.
India still weak in technology even though we have more skilled scientists here. Instead of just concentrating to build conventional weapons India should rush to develop high tech weapons to protect our country against the BIG china!
From the reports I have been reading about China in the last few years, I have no doubts that they have access to a number of ancient Indian manuscripts which described advanced technologies in detail.
Unfortunately India doesn't respect it's own history and culture/heritage because of which it's always caught on the wrong foot. The chinese show us the way how a nation should behave.
there is a world tradition of being political.....each of the governments-india, pak, Usa, rusiia, china......are being political.....superficially at least....and beautifully.....what lies beneath is more of a concern.
On one hand USA is helping india and Pakistan....and is having its say imposed with the help of vaious world organisations....on the other hand we r not unfamiliar with the cold war situations between USA and Russia. there r ecomic compititions b/w china and russia too.....and yaa.....political and military disturbances b/w india and pak r at full display!!.......all this after all appeas to b a fight for dominance.....a control....the survival of fittest,.....who so ever will prove it....will lead.
these r pacts of high degree of risks.....we get secured on one hand.....but this security that we get after siding wth any power...at the same times makes us vulnerable to the other. each power trying to gain support from the originally neural economies!!.....
we can just hope that our politicians have brains to play safe!!....which is very unlikely....thats how it is said that india is run by god!!
Why? Yes, we need to be worried as hell. After all, we have to survive; not become an 'ALSO RAN.' Many a times before, India has fallen prey to China's Sweet Talk & lost so much of it's land & pride (Re: NEHRU who has made India's head hang in shame before). But even then, the Chinese are not satiated & keep on pressurizing India to try & devour something. This time too, they are gunning for Arunachal Pradesh, just like they are for Tibet, Hong Kong, Taiwan & some disputes with Japan. If we continue to stay loose, we will be caught napping & then will have to bid goodbye to many things. Land as well as Space Satellites, Millitary Deals, Political Clout etc. etc. because the Blood - Thirsty Chinese will not sit at ease. Our numb - skulled, lazy & greedy politicians will help them to do so.
Yes guys, China is always a big threat for India.They may destroy our satellites and may attack us to occupy Arunachal Pradesh. India will not be in the position to counter attack in AP as I have seen the border there. Pakistan may play a big role in destroying our satellites.So, our scientists should find solution as asap.

Totally agree with NGS. By the way, no one (other nation) cares about these PROTESTs and non Indians wouldn't even know whether India protested. UN?? That's just a humanitarian Org; what can that do about Security of any Nation?

u r wrong india has the good reputation in international politics. attacking on india will alarm threat to usa, they just trying to divert our attention toward weapon from economic devt.india is not timid as history indicate that we never attack first and whenever we were underattack we have defeated our enemy.and china knows that... showing aggression toward india means showing aggression to usa and china at this time dont want to show their aggression to usa as they wanted to develop themself more to tackle with usa
