I sincerely feel that it is a nice thing to keep people aware of what the history is. Even in our schools we are never told why we need to learn history. Only upon knowing these we can understand who behaved how & why with us. Otherwise, we simply try to analyse present problems with present (inadaquate scenario). KEEP POSTING SUCH THINGS.
Yes i agree with the majority views that the media is seeking attention in an inappropriate way. The content with respect to the headline is very limited & is not the main issue in hand but Rediff thinks the other way so...Please focus & highlight the actual views of the interviewee..

Thats ridiculous, Varsha. The article is about the role of the indian navy in 1971. YOur comments are quite out of place. After all admiral nanda at 91 years of age cant be blamed for something his grand son does!

Mr Girish I ,as a muslim, have a strong objection to the word 'Islamo fascist'.you can call them only fascist.It seems u r very pleased with democracy in India although it is nothing but a game of power and muscle with the max number of communal riots in the world and strong caste systems (remember the sc/st quota).

What does the title of the article and the content of the article signify???...Are they related??? Those words are said in 1971 and U are using them as if its todays news!!!....these things not only brings down your fame but reflects your foolish eager to make useless news.
Our Indian Baby media which was born just a few years back is behaving just like a scared and frightened kid with no control.All of us say we dont care about Ange and Brad they didnt listen,about Shilpa again we didnt ask.Same way we protest now they r not going to listen.Media is running for money its not my voice or urs that they transmit.We should stop the media before it becomes like our politicians.
