From Moninder's social standing,his nexus with politicians and their possible role for personal gain is a very important angle that should be looked at...more so because of the statement given by Mulayam's brother.
Alongwith Moninder & Surinder local police officials responsible for grooming such henious act should be handed over to parents of missing kids for delivery of quick & fair justice. Otherwise with the help of media replays they became widely known figures eligible to contest next 'Vidhan Sabha or Lok Sabha Elections'and to become licensee in disguise.
I will blame our judiciary system. Shoot them/hang them/hand them over to public , once they have confaced the crime. whre were human rights activists when those inocent children were being killed.
Motive is still not cleared and nobody knows who else is invloved in this racket. It could be a biggest scandal in Indian crime history. Let the truth come out, don't cry out on the half reports published in media. Justice is late but not denied...many example set by court in year 2006..Fellow Indians don't make any perception before knowing the truth like dumb pepole...we are democratic country not a barbaric like Afghnistan. Let investigating agency handle the case.

The matter is very clear and simple the great Indian court will dilly dally this case and finally these murderers will cool their heels at some 5 star Jails and could also get elected to further recommed such good Judges to give such rulings for their posterity. We have talented lawyers like Jethmalini whose childhood hobby is to guide such criminals and give them a so called fair trial.. Hats of to the Indians they can bear such acts Courts and such lawyers. The entire irony is still not a single witness has come forward..wonder whos stopping them.. another point to ponder is does the ISI know more about noida killings..we could ask them mabee the would help us in this...and about our intelligence agencies..well they were busy with the chineese redrawing our borders..
Why CBI,Why National committee? the best punishment for these kind of "Haivans" would be ...hand over them to the parents who have lost their children and ask those parents to make thier small small pieces the way they deed of many innocent kids and feed it to street dogs...if this kind of punishment would be given to criminals like mohinder and surendra...no psycho will dare to kill innocent people in future...
As the culprists had confirmed that they have killed so many innocent children and ladies why do we waste the time and resources in finding out ways and means of releasing this fellows instead of killing them by shooting them in public.
