It is a good incentive but the ban on illegal workers which is merely on paper, need to be enforced failing which dependent visa holders would swell to unmanageable numbers and eventually becomes a headache to the US Government.
i m staying in new delhi n my fiance is in Nevada, USA. he is applying from there. how much time it will take me to reach there. plz let me know total period n procedure .

Hello Mr Dixit. A dependant can only be your wife or your children (who can come in H4). And its very obvious that your child cannot start working. So this rule can only be suited for your wife. Do you need any further explanation

You have a horrible knowledge of English language,what are u planning to do in US???None of my concern ofcourse but u are already so concerned about wife's rights and other dependents' rights,u must have planned something big if u get a chance. Don't worry.Just wondering.
