If we need to be offended, its by Gautham Prasad's tasteless sense of humour - the video is'nt even funny. I thought the spoof on Gandhiji in Weird Al Yankovic's movie "UHF" was much funnier. And if we watch Hollywood films, they make fun of historical characters at the drop of a hat. That however still does'nt give Gautham Prasad to force feed his lack of a sense of humour on anyone - thats why we all have a choice. If you are offended by it - dont watch it. Please remember, freedom of choice and speech HAS to be absolute. The day our freedoms becomes subjective, we loose it!!

The youtube video is'nt all that funny, in fact it is rather tasteless, but thanks to all the sensitive people out there who turn so prickly at even the slightest disrespect shown towards Gandhiji, but never want to imbibe his teachings and message into their lives, this video has gained such popularity and noteriety, making more of a splash than it deserves. To all those people so deeply offended by this video, lets all try practicing some Gandhigiri of our own. And my dear misguided friend Gagan Deep, I dont think your misguided comments even warrant a reply. Dear, I dont think you are a son of Gandhi. And a/c to you riya sen/AB/hrithik etc will feel bad if any thing have seen to beat or abused in movies. Oye funny man this is meaidia day and ppl has to express the thing.......take it as movies not text book............
I just hope that these people would learn their lesson not to play with human sentiments and feelings, this is an offence for the country of India on the whole. If we need to learn anything about Gandhiji and his philosophy, we should try and learn about tolerance. Making a joke about Gandhiji does not make him any lesser. I am sure if Gandhiji was alive today and could watch the video, he would have had a laugh and said - forget it, there are more important issues to focus on. And BTW Gagan Deep Singh, please refrain from behaving like a jerk - denigrating anyone else's beliefs and values does not make your own seem more profound. It only betrays a lack of sensitivity and culture.
