I was just reading Biti Mohanty's news from couple of months regarding how he raped a German Scholar, jailed for seven year and then come out of jail in parole, since then he is missing. It seemed to me as if it is a some kind of play, or may be a good story. Now he is gone missing is Orissa and Orissa police is unable to catch him. Orissa Govt has asked detective department to search for him. This is one side of news I read. The other side is, his father is a powerful IPS officer, he has got a good control over police department in Orissa. Biti's relatives are saying to TV channels that because he got tortured in rajasthan jail, thats why he wants to shift to Orissa Jail. Allright, can anybody believe that he tortured in Rajasthan Jail. What a shame to Indian judiciary. I can feel it something like a family matter. He wants to shift to Orissa jail, because he can freely come home as if he has never jailed. Biti and his father should be immediately put inside bar and his father should be immediately dismissed from service.
