i dont understand the delay in hanging him. i think the congress is waiting for the UP elections to be over. all the parties except BJP are trying their level best to same him. why these parties require a terrorist who planned to kill top leaders of India and the downfall of our great India?? i think we have to doubt about these parties also. a person or party who supports a terrorist also should be considered as terrorist.
