Lets see what they would have to say if these were their own childer who were molested and murdered ruthlessly by some serial killer... These politicians and policemen should be given an unprecedented punishment. Such which would send shivers down the spine of anyone who wud even think of crime and ignoring their duties. they are themselves criminals and should be hanged till death.

It's precisely what Yadav's brother said, "incidents like the Noida serial killings are common", which makes it even more imperative for a CBI investigation, as to date, his govt has failed to initiate any investigations into any of them. Also, if he and his govt knows of those other killings, and yet did nothing, then it makes him and his govt complicit in those heinous crimes.
