by basuv on Jan 03, 2007 07:19 PM  Permalink

If the employer-servant duo is found guilty,There is
no other punishment as severe as capital punishment.
These culprits assets should be seized and that money
should be distributed to victim\\\'s parents. How callous
are UP police.Recently in chennai,There is a 11 year old boy was murdered. The TN police solved the mistery in two days and booked the culprits. Why UP police even fail to lodge FIR?.

Can we call them police
by JP on Jan 03, 2007 07:11 PM  Permalink

It is surprising that how police became so blind in indentifying these culprits for such long time. Any reasonable thinking person get doubt police complicity in this case. The police incharges who were negligent in investigating missing children should be made co-accusers in this case. Their negligence or complicity can not be less sin than that of moinder or his sevent.

The president of India should use his special discretionary powers & assign the entire investigation to a special agency directly reporting to him. The parliament of India should make a special legislation on this case superseding all other laws for speedy trial & public capital punishment for all the people including police involved in this heinous crime against humanity.

Poor Victims of Noida
by C H Ravi on Jan 03, 2007 07:07 PM  Permalink

Its once again Prove that this country the Law, Justice and police is only for those who have money. Money can buy Justice, Money can delay Justice, money can Force Justice indefinite.

When a poor man complained to the police when he lost his daughter to the police, Instead of the criminal is traced and punished the police started harassing the poor Man, When he apealed to the Court the court Rejected. Where is the Justice . The Poor Man lost his Daughter and still the culprit enjoyed life like a normal man and continued his crime and many more fell victims.

Poor Indian, you know now the Law , Justice and Police is not for your side. If you have money you can buy it, if you do not have forget ...you will never get ....the law and justice is not for you Poor Indian, not for you.

Victim's father harassed
by Rajan on Jan 03, 2007 07:06 PM  Permalink

Moninder Singh Pandher is a born criminal and he must be getting support from top level and he and his servants may be part of a big racket. I request the judiciary not to let such people free and order apppriate enquiry, which would definitely bring to light many other horrible facts. The heinous act of killing children should not be taken lightly and the criminals should be given maximum punishment. If the concerned officials are not going ahead with necessary steps to burst this racket and arrest all the criminals involved, such acts will continue in our society and many more children will continue to be victims.

Is This India???
by Surajit Dash on Jan 03, 2007 07:02 PM  Permalink

If this incident is true, The Cops should be punished in such a manner hat the world will hail Indian judicial system. The police, must be reminded, why they are there for. The common man who is illiterate about the law, is often harrassed by the police every day. This is the law and order situation in our country.. If the people have to protect themselves, then the police system should be abolished...!!

Will shameless Congress withdraw support from mulayam Govt?
by Pradeep Agarwal on Jan 03, 2007 06:51 PM  Permalink

It indeed sums up the entire scenario in UP where Congress continue to shed crocodoile tears for common person but support the govt that probably will go down as most hated in the country. How long PM & UPa will remain spectator to the complete break down of civic society in UP?
