There must a thorough investigation by appropriate authority( Not CBI please), and their report should be made public, as to the sequence of events that led to nand lal's harassment by cops. This should help to serve as an eye opener for all future cases( and past) where thre is unnecessary harassment of the common man. the victims should be given the probable approches if such a thing happens to them and these procedures should be publicly exhivited. A thriving democracy like india should not be a police state.
To harrass poor, to put innocent in jail, to disturb life of common people, to instigate crime is what POLICE usually do in UP and Bihar. And it is not what the BIG officers do not know, they are also a part of it. JUST PUT ENQUIRIES AGAINST ALL from CONSTABLE TO S.P. what is their source of big expenditures, their costly mobiles, their cars, their property and the money their children usually spent, everything will be clear that all this come from their NEXUS with ...which this story clearly shows. It is unfortunate that the corruption in the country has gone into the blood streams of our couuntry and so the justice to the victims are blocked.The blocks in the vains of the heart, will lead to the heart attacks or paralisis. Survival of the person depends on the quality treatment in time the person gets. Similarly when the corruption flows in the blood stream of a country,will block the justice to the victims of all sorts and will lead to a revolution& may lead further loss of independence and democracy. Survival of the country depends on timely quality treatments to ensure justice to the victims and severe punishments to the criminals & avoid making victs fm innocents.NONE expect justice from politicians,beurocrats,& psudo religious people with the criminal nexes.Why for every thing the court has to order including for FIR registration and for investigations? our administration collapsed? Allowing crimes on many innocents unabated on varied reasons in the country and over and above not giving justice to the victims and prtotecting the criminals of muscel, money power& shamelesly we boast we are democratic and Indipendent? When we read these news our blood boils. As an educated i feel like supporting this guy financially to help him fight against the corrupted system and fight against the evil people who did this.

INDIAN POLICE - Not only in our place-Hyd., but elsewhere in india, they are worst than a prostitute.. collect money and vanish, punish the vickit instead of criminal... Govt. should do something for this, or else India will one day loose the image and reputation in the world. Everybody commits one or other crime and surrenders, becoz law is very weak, delay and those who have money will be s.ful.
In A.P., womens council is established by the Govt. to look after Women\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s prbs. (dowry, harrasement etc) but only those who could spend hefty amt. will win the cases and they wont even take the case of a women who is middle or low class, A.P. WOMEN\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'S COUNCIL - Hyderabad. Indian Police is no different then mafia. These sarkaari goons can do anything for money. The aam-aadami do not have any faith in Police. They encounter, harass, rape, take supari, smuggle and what not. Ask a truck driver or a laborer or about our great Police.
