You third rate uneducated idiot! Eve-teasing does not amount to assault and thus does not amount to rape! Eve-teasing will come under a different law much the same way that stalking a woman does not amount to assault! But if a woman is able to prove that a particular guy is stalking her, she can get an injunction from the court prohibiting that guy from frequenting her premises or keeping out of certain geographical limits! So Mr smart alec, before you open your stinking trap next time around, understand that all people in this forum are not morons like you, uneducated loafer!!

NCW is becoming dangerous. Sooner they will recommend 1-2 imprisonment for being a man. NCW always maintains skewed statistics and prepare family breaking laws. All these laws are heavily misused troubling innocent men and their family any there is no punishment for false filing. For every one false dowry compliant, 3 women in husbands family suffer. why NCW is hell bent on implementing gender based laws, instead make laws to punish the criminal and help victim.
men will be blackmailed and harrassed in future..then a new law required to curb that.there is no dearth of laws in india. only proper implementation is not there. neither the sincerity in implementation sastry
according to this law even if i dashed a women in a crowded metro bus or train...I raped her!! because if she feels that i assaulted her .. it should be considered as a rape..i must be put into jail for the charges of rape!!
NCW has the right to amend law as per their convienience but at the same time if any women misuses the law, then what would be the punishment for her. They should think in this also. No laws can inhibit wrong doings. It can only punish after everything has been done.
this is to a large extent hilarious....i think a lot of nasty women will misuse this law and create nuisance.Sexual Assault is a crime but please don't turn it in to a rape...the criminals need to be punished but the term 'rape' is totally not justified!
dear citizens what an apathy? 3/4 do not know what law is,why it is there?who is it for? when is it going to help them. the rest of the 1/4 are busy manipulating it according to their own ways for their own benefit in their own way. arent we raping the innocence and molesting the fabric of morality we once stood upon. it was once we listened to our inner voice and ask why do we show so much when we cannot realize even an ounce. satire is what the poor want clothes to wear,food to eat, house to stay,money to spend for an honest living.let those judicious people come down from their beauricratic palaces and their limos and see what many supererb humans did before they set their feet towards doing something for the society and mankind. if your own daughter and wife wears skimpy and revealing clothes you have NO RIGHT to speak against vulgarity.RAPE is forced sex right.then do not rape the system, let it heal, laws,byelaws,ammendments do not enforce neither do they empower the strict vigilance of social protocol in human behaviourial characteristics.

well said buddy!!!,girls wears revealing clothes, they blame men for their mindset but look at what they wear...it is the human tendency to get attracted towards certain things,,why dont these "ultra modern" women understand this simple thing, they should keep some control over themselves, its very easy to blame men for their mindset,but the fact is that girls waer such outfits so that people should look at them...imagine if no one take note of it....will the condition be same????

Thats right, Most girls in the metros are shameless, they do anything, wear anything in the name of equal rights, freedom, etc. and cry foul if anything goes wrong. They have no control over their behaviour, and expect men to be saints. T.V and media ads, Movies fuel this fire. First women wear decent dress and behave like a female. Then most of the problem can be solved easily.
some months back there was a law which fecilitated women to take control of the complete property of their husband even if they are divorced(they called it domestic violence act),,, with which a kerala woman took the complete property of her husband and made him a begger overnight ,,and now this law!!.. follish politicians wanted to cash in womens votes... idiots.. why do women need all this extra facilities? their only aim is to ditch men when ever they get a chance.. all this happened cos of men keeping mum for all stupid comments on men by women... time to put them back into kitchen i think
