The blasts have exposed laxity in security of a sensitive Samjauta Express. The more horrible thing is with such fractured security Samjauta Express ran many months and during these lots of fake currency, arms, drugs could have been smuggled. These are very serious issues and I dont think Govt has any idea how to check that.

Govt is hammering its own chest and crying "haa musalman" to get more muslim votes.
Govt is least bothered about corruption, illiteracy, arms=trade, etc. All those affect common people like me and you. They don't affect black-cat-commando protected Neta-mantri n their relatives.

Dear Atindra, You are right. If muslims doesn't have right to vote then no politicians including the So called secular one will never bother about them. I think this time Punjab, Uttaranjal and the great UP all will teach some lesson to the so called secular parties.

I dont think so our people are putting their individual interests first than national interests and therefore they can be lured by vote-hungry politicians. I dont see a big surprise in recently concluded elections too. But lets pray that people teach a lesson to vote-bank politicians.
I really admire the resolve the people of India and Pakistan are showing in this crisis to continue on with traveling in these trains.
As much unfortunate it is to see these kind of incidents, it should and it is making our two countries think about the realities and do our best together to make sure these kind of things never happen. I honestly believe that we have to use both hard and soft approaches in tacking this insane terror activities.

Yes, but my unequal friends don't come attacking me with a knife behind my back; that's what Pakistan does.
I mean, look at the way india is dying to make peace with Pakistan. As if India is helpless in front of a few terrorists! Shame on the corrupt bureaucrats and the politicians. They are making a lion bow in front of a dog.

I find it very unfortunate that to see statements like these. Not sure how much of it is just rhetoric or how much it is really meant. But let us please try to bridge our differences, it make be a difficult and long way before we see major improvements, but I believe it is well worth it.
So long...Brothers and Sisters of India and Pakistan

haha...sorry couldn't resist laughing...even after 60 years, we couldn't bridge our gap...my dear friend happy freak, i thoroughly honor your comments, they are beautiful:)...however, they are to beautiful to be true...as for animesh bhai...chillax yaar, those are not at all appropriate comments, seriously not at all good...we all are equal regardless of nationality and religion....as for friendship between india and pakistan, lets just normalise it and peacefully resolve the kashmir resolution...thats it....thats all i think will happen..nothing more, nothing less...

Akashay: Yes, probably I have too much wishful thinking (and I am kind of known for that:) but I think the people of both India and Pakistan should become much more active in trying to reduce the violence internally and externally. Of course there are lot of incidents/reasons for people not to trust each other and likely hate each other, BUT were will it lead both of our countries. So I am really hoping that all of us would seriously do our best to minimize tensions and work for peaceful solutions. And I hope the leaders also would do their best, else we should make them do. Take care...

I can't believe how ancient sanskrit metaphors are being banned here. Even Sita used to call Ravana a jackal compared to lion-like Rama.
I can't believe that we should be liberal enough to embrace Pakistan, but strict enough to BAN age-old metaphors.
Shame on the moderator. Go ahead, ban this one too.

Animesh, May be you don't find your comments offensive, but I do think a good portion of people would find them so. Moreover, this (train tragedy) is not the time to make statements like those. Hope you understand. Take it easy ;-)
