I would like to suggest and request to the President of India that rapist must have a death penulty without going to court trials and making fun of the victim in the courts. Once the rape is proved and the the medical examination is done immediately after the incident, rapist must be hanged within the 48 Hrs.This will certainly help reduce the such heinus crimes. To maintain the dignity of great India this practice must be implemented.

I strongly feel that the rapist should be given a death sentence immediately with the deadliest option,so that in future,people will be scared to even think of raping a woman.The delay in our judicial system, along with the misuse of power in politics should be dealt with iron-hands.This is just the story of a 16-year old girl,but there are so many who commit suicide due to similar reason and the accused escapes.Request to Mr.President to take immediate action and bring justice.Also,all rape/women harrassment cases be given priority to be solved with stringent punishment to the criminal.The 16-year old girl has to live her remaining life with this,and under trauma...isn't that bad enough?Most violent form of death to the accused should be sentenced to invoke fear in mind of others.

I strongly support your remarks. Infact the President should immediately intervene and bring the culprit into justice. He along with other who support such criminals should also be punished in public so that others learn a good lesson. At the same time the victim should be given special security so that she is not harmed. Further the government should think of something good for her future.
urge Rediff team to highlight this article and put it with other headlines for days on end till the whole country knows that the President has taken notice of this case.

The rapist and his family must be dealt in a manner that is a lesson to them and others..
I am glad that a Girl from Bihar dared to write this to president.But this is very serious thing happening in society.Imagine how many of such girls are denied justice all over the india.Writing to president everytime and by everyone is not possible.Also media highlighting the each and every individual case is also not possible.Culprit is Police and Judiciary!!Nobody is making demand to improve these depts. Advocates and i dare say Judges also try to linger on the cases as long as they want.This makes them rich and richer!But who will speak against them.Politicians--forget,they just use them for their opponents and safeguarding their own cases!President-- Forget him also--he has been given no such power.It is only possible by people of India..we need to have mass peaceful demonstrations and demand for forming committee for Judicial reforms and speedy implementation.Media should start making this a national Issue..i am sure most of the countrymen will welcome such a move! Here all FIR is online with crimnals and complanants photograph.Here for FIR police carge 30 Dirham.Police are not allowed to even a single slap to the crimnals.Every police station is responsible for their responsibility and every police station has to have updated information of every second so that inflow and outflow of information is clear and public gets justice in no time and without lots of tension.

I wish that the God gives her all strength n luck in her future so that she can live a great life. Mr. President please provides her full protection and justice soon. I feel ashamed that our law and order is so week that the poor girl had to write to the President. Reading this article I can feel her pain and the mental harrasment, that she has gone through that she wants to end her life. Why should she end her life....she did nothing wrong. She is just 16. I request for CAPITAL PUNISHMENT for the person responsible for such a cowward and shameful act. He should be hanged. Our law and order should lay down some example, so that no one ever repeats such acts.
