I believe India should emulate the system in Saudi Arabia when it comes to rapes and murders.No wonder they have the least crime percentage in the world.

Death Sentence should be given to rapists. Draging the issue to the court will still spoil the life of the victim, once the trial is in court people will make fun of victim and still humilita. This should not be let to happen. Hang the Rapist.
Bihar is really in very poor state. If Politicians are not able to do anything good bureaucrats should come forward and do whatever they can to establish a state of security and justice. In fact, every responsible citizen should awake now.
There is no other way but to unite and fight against the injustice. When farmers in Singur and Nandigram can unite, why can't villagers unite against the rapists ? They should force police to take action. But there should be somebody to lead them. Why no politician is going there to help the victim ? They police should immediate arrest them and put them behind bars as law is very stringent in case of rape. If they can arrest big criminals then arresting the culprits in this case should not be difficult. The CM should ask the explanation of the DGP and other officers as to why the poor girl had to write to the President. Empower the people.
