to put it in one word`disgusting' is all i can say. i would request our Honb'le President to intervene, and ensure that the girl is given due justice and the criminals are arrested immeditately. it feels so dissapointing to be an Indian when we hear of such incidents. My best wishes and prayers for the girl and her family.
We had so many land mark judgements in the coming months which shows situation improving in India.
Jesica lal, priyadarshini mattoo, Congress corporator in Delhi, 2 Hi ranking IPS officers, Shibu soren are the few powerful who found law bigger than them.
We need to fight these criminals bcoz we dont only need to blame the system and criminal but also stand against them.
We should do whatever best we can do to oppose these criminals.
We need to stand united to fight the criminal bcoz its history whenever we united for a cause the success was achieved.
Alone may fail but when we stand together we succeed.

i too feel pain for the victim but i dont understand how many times we can expect our president to intervene? perhaps you dont know that there are so many rape cases have gone unnoticed as neither police register them nor they had guts to raise any issue like this. i strongly propose WE NEED A TOTAL SYSTEM CHANGE.
and what happend to those BJP and VHP and RSS people? they dont think that law and order is disturbed in bihar now? when laloo was there even single incident was direct attack on poor fellow. in fact situation has not changed at all only the names of faces have changed. corruption, police harrassment and common people suffering is existing as it was ever in bihar.
Forget the justice dept. what are the other women in that village doing ? what re the women in that rapists house doing ? do they think its good for their brother/son/husband to go and rape other woman ? All women should gettogether and kill such people, its not very difficult.

good reply, but i need to add one more point where are these woman organisations and what are they doing, they probably are for urban class, for which they get fame, they fight for all sundry issues, i feel they should act immediately
simply kill that idiot who raped infront of everybody.show everyone that you can do anything for justice.all these idiots must be burned alive.its time waste to wait for the justice.do your justice yourself
i have faith in our judicioury system but at the same time, the process of getting justice is so delayed and time taking that any person meanwhile will be murdered or kidnapped or due to threat they will withdraw the case. There is no place for true and honest people in India.
It shows how poor people are denied justice & are helpless in front of rich brats who own policeforce,law,corrupt authorities.No body will do anything even after her sister is raped after few days.
it is shameful act, and guys it is done by some shameless powerful people and there is no law for them. Somebody mentioned about Police, so guys Police is an organisation which can do anything for money. They are the real criminals and Behind every Crime.
Also for your information every day there are 3-5 rapes in bihar, the situation is getting worsen day by day.
Hang him till death as he did heinous crime, and the persons who are trying to harrass her and her family should also be given harsh punishment so that it can be an example and justice can be done to the victim. BUT i request REDIFF and readers that we read lot of incidents but just share ideas, is it possible that we can write too somewhere in support for eg at particular department. As if we will send lot of mails, applications and requests MAY be our system will change one day
