IF PRESIDENT RULE IS IMPOSED ON UP, PRESIDENT SHOULD DISMISS UPA GOVT. AS WELL
by ramachandran pillai on Feb 22, 2007 08:23 AM  Permalink

If UPA Govt. further dares to use Article 356 and impose president rule in UP even after announcement of election, we urge Hon'ble President of India to dismiss UPA Govt. as well as we are fully aware that President has all the power to control Central Govt. also, if they are doing continuous anti democratic activities. If Honourable SC and EC alongwith President of India does not come to save India's democratical institutions due to the misgoverance of Indian Political parties, it will be dangerous for the existence of Independent India. Also there are number of elements are working in and around the country to destablise our motherland, INDIA and we are seeing from day one of the independence in J & K, Punjab, North Eastern province and even in Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh etc. There should be transparency on election, strigent rules for contesting elections, strict application of model conde during the election period, compulsory voting for the eligible voters etc. can be done only if politicans are interested for. Since they are not interested, public can only expect some mircale or some extra constitutional authroity to intervene and safeguard our country's indepdence and demoratic set up on all aspects.
