Good that Indian governement did not allow a joint probe. It would have exposed the inefficiencies of our probing agencies....look at the investigation of Jul 11th blast in Mumbai. Has anything come out though the government was prompt to announce on the next day that there are ample evidences available to prove the hands of militants based out of Pakistan. Where are those evidences? Let us outsource investigation to a better agency that is better equipped and more efficient.

I think Pakistan wants a joint probe so that they can know about the modus operandi of the Indian intelligence agencies, and the next time they carry out any terrorist activity, they can take double precautions to ensure that their people do not get caught, or the leads do not point towards Pakistan. They think they are too clever, but invariably they make fools of themselves every time
