Who will be behind this blasts?
by Zubair Mehdi on Aug 26, 2007 12:42 AM  Permalink

It really sucks by these filthy policies violating the peace. Why people do not want to understand that peace is the thing which we have to maintain in this world ethically. WE WANT JUST PEACE... EVERYWHERE

Pak in terror attack
by Raj Saxena on Feb 24, 2007 11:38 PM  Permalink

Is this news new? What matters is that you do now? Every body must be involved in protection from terrorist attack if you want to win the battle with those bullies. The inspector on samjhouta train did not realize why some one was jumping out of train. He would have saved his life and others or would have at least killed the terrorist too. He is free to carry out some more terrorist attacks and enjoy his earnings from higher terrorists.A massive education and training is required of all since it is every body's business to save their lives.

This is a standard template response which "highly-placed sources" issue after every terrorists attack. Check for most of the attacks in the past. "Sleeper cells", "telephonic calls" you will find these words all over the report. I think the "highly-placed sources" want to hide something. I think these "sources" want the game to continue so that they too can advance their vested interests. There's a lot of money at stake in the weapons, narcotics and human trafficking industry. The "sources" want to keep common people occupied in "War on Terrorism" and make merry. I am "hinting" equally at "sources" on both sides of the border. As the hindi saying goes "Tali ek haath se nahi bajti". Both sources must be discussing over drinks, "Kya farak padta hai? Apni tijoriyan bharte raho!"

Pity we all believe whole heartedly the "highly placed sources" who simply photocopy previous statements and issue them again :)

I dare them to reveal their identities if they are indeed saying the truth. Why fear?

Why are you hellbent to expose your stupidity? Wait for some more time their identity also will be revealed. Why are you so eager to know the identity? do you want to warn some more sleeper cells? Give the time to security agencies. And dont be so skeptic.

It is pity that unknown "sources" represent India's view. I urge them to look up on their cabin wall. They will find the emblem adorning their office on which it is written 'Satyameva Jayate'. They don't have courage to face it because I suspect they know they are planting fictitous stories in the media. And that too saying wayward things based only on suspicion and without proof as yet. Such statements labelled as official Indian position released by the Press Trust of India (read headline) is grossly unbecoming on the character of our great nation.

I am Indian just in case anyone is harboring doubts. I have not a slightest doubt about Pakistani involvement as the investigation is progressing. But I request officers to exercise restraint and go all out after the Pakistani establishment once we have irrevocable, clinching evidence. For the international community, all said, Pakistan is a soverign nation at the end of the day. We should desist from making ill founded accusations based only on prejudice. It harms our image and authenticity of our statements. The past conduct of the Pakistanis does automatically puts them in the dock. But we should wait for the investigation to conclude. The result most likely will be the same as contained in this news item. Why hurry?

Blasts handiwork of Pak-based militants: India
by S Kiran on Feb 21, 2007 07:54 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

It is quite possible that many Pakistanis have run away and hiding, making the authorities think that they are dead in the blast. Such people will also collect compensation. They may also be planning more terrorist attacks. Anybody listening?

barry mathew,

can you track back how many generation before your forefathers were hindus? and is there any proof which religion is true and which is not? Its just one's own faith. Is there any proof that god is there? The way of worship is as per the culture and geographical locations. Do not try to insult people from other religions from yours. We are only against terrorists. Do not let that HATE enter in your heart or you are no different than jehadis just a little coward.

this barry mathew and his ilk are bogts at best. They have murdered millions in Americas and destoryed the culture of Native Americans and elsewhere. And their Christ and his religion is a lame work at best. Hinduism has a mystic sense and dignity is the reason why scriptures like Upanishads and Gita are patronised by legends like Einstein, Robert Oppenheimer, Heisnberg and many others than their own religious theology which will be dusted in reclusive libraries someday. Hinduism is still not dead for all the brunt it took peacefully because there is a cause to be extended and a meaningful way of life for which many Hindus never gave up. barry mathew and his ilk count the number of converts and are content with that way of looking at life. Any sanity brought into the Western world is due to renaissance period which was more of a breakaway from rigid christian ethos, but these morons take credit for it nevertheless. How many did you convert today matthew?

appreciate the satirical onslaught... we Hindus have without doubt the most hoary scriptures Vedas, Upanishads, Geetha, Itihasa, Purana and so on. Is not every element of the human psychology covered in the Mahabharatha? the present generation is engrossed in eating, sleeping, watching TV, having illicit sex and reading sanskrit slokas in english. even the bible is in hebrew but it got written in english. slowly our intellects are becoming awfully limited and our memories extremely short. humans are prone to more anger, envy, greed and hate. the environment is fast depleting. drinking water and even pure air is at a premium in 99% of the places. at this rate i hope all my family members reach salvation before the earth is totally gone. after that whether it will be the muslims or christians who rule it will not matter any more. it will be a jungle and not earth and least of all heaven. that time way whether we are Hindus, Muslims or Christians we are doomed to die like dogs or scavenge like vultures. firstly we ought to behave like humans, then talk of conversion and superiority of religions. if the hindus are gone, it will be the end of humanity... PERIOD.

Tell me who has been more compassionate than the Hindus?

Very well put. For too long Hindus have been self-hating cowards who despise their own faith. It is time we rediscover our beautiful faith. I am a 23 year old living in UK and despair at how pathetic Indians are becoming.

What next??
by Raj Aryan on Feb 21, 2007 03:58 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Our politicians condemn the incident. Our PM issues his usual statement saying that terrorism will be dealt firmly. Nobody will take him seriously. And he knows this. But he has to issue that statement. As usual Left & Laloo will blame Hindutava forces. BJP hold central govt responsible for being too soft on terrorists.Police as usual will be clueless. Police will blame terrorists from across the border. They make some arrests based on suspicion. Media will get a lot of fodder to talk about this for next few days.
NDTV & IBN live will conduct chat programmes where the so called intellectuals & pseudo secualrists will join together & express their opinion that Pakistan cannot be involved in this & hint that it is a handiwork of Hindutva forces.
For a Common man like you & me, it's one more tragedy. We thank ourselves for being lucky one more time. And we get busy with our work. Life goes on.
After some days of lull one more incident will happen & the same sequence of events are repeated.
But still the life goes on.

This is how we lead our life in India. Human life does not have any value here. Nobody cares for others. Indian Middle Class & educated people, even though they are alive, they are as good as dead & buried.

Pretty Good post I have ever seen in Rediff for the articles on Terrorists, Bombs attacks and of that sort.

I am damn sure that this post can be copied and pasted in all the articles/news related to Terrorist attacks, bombs, murders etc., This post will stand the test of time.

This is Kali Kaalam and these things are bound to happen. No Surprise in these kind of attacks. But, the Govt should also not be in the same mentality that "these are bound to happen now". They must check it then and there. Indian Govt is now looking at how to make more money for budget and how to squeeze the middle class people more and which out-of-the-world taxes can be imposed on people.

There is only one tax which is not in India now. Tax to deliver a child. I think FM can think in that area also, as until now nobody would have thought that angle. If India (Inc???????) wants more money, then tax the child that is just born. You will earn a hell a lot of money.
