Compared to most other Govt. ventures, Indian railways are run efficiently. They have registered good profits too. Some stern action is definately needed so that the corrupt ones in the organisation will think twice before they indulge in mal-practices. The 2 guys who alighted en-route might most likely be the guys who commited the crime. They surely must have been among those who did not have passports. The clerks may not have thought that sabotage of this nature could take place but rules are rules & those breaking them have to be punished.
It takes long time for the Government to release that the staffs in the Government department are not maintaining proper records. Its always that after 100 of people die, Government takes action. Why not Indian Govt., prevent this by taking regular checks into the Giv., offices and police stations? Why innocent public being the losers when the Govt., employees have made their life. Including Nithari case, Govt has lot of loop holes which every higher offical should understand. India is no safe to Live. Our Hindustan has become a land of corruption, murder and killing land. I am sorry to say Every Indian is trying to run away because of the nasty Government. If the true politicians if any wants, all they can do is to quit from Politics and do some good for the people. Politicans want to make money and fame but why at the cost of poor people.
The security at stations is non-existent. I travelled from Goa to Mumbai recently, no checking of me or my family. My friend walked into Pune station two months ago, no platform ticket, he could walk around and walk out, all during the day.I do not understand why we are inviting terrorists in this manner.
