Seeking resignation on moral grounds?
by Ayodhya Tripathi on Feb 21, 2007 06:18 PM  Permalink

Sir,
Where is moral? Booty belongs to Allah & Christians. Property belongs to society and public servants.
If those worshipping other gods save Allah is killed (Koran, the Cow 2:191 & Prophets 21:98) why Muslims, who worship criminal Allah, be not killed? If those worshipping other gods than jealous Jehovah be killed, (Bible Exodus/ Chapter 20 / The Ten Commandments/ Verses 3 & 5) why those worshipping Jehovah and his alone son Jesus be not killed. These slaughters have advantage for humanity. These would provide right to property (Manusmriti 8:308) & freedom of faith to human race and save honour & dignity of women. (Bible, Isaiah 13:15 & 16) (Koran 4:24; 23:6; 33:50 & 70:30)
Yours etc,
Apt

UP Under Proposed President Rule
by Surendra Borkar on Feb 17, 2007 10:34 PM  Permalink

The Hon`ble SC,has rightly rejected the BSP MLA,
and same may shall be in case of another MLA,
those defeated from their original party and supported the Mr. Mulayam Singh, Ministry. Now
let us go back, to original situation of UP Assembly, before Mr. Mulayam Singh, formed Ministry. At that time the all MLA, those voted for Mr. Mulayam Sigh, were not MLA as per the Hon`ble SC Judgement. Therefore, Mr. Mulayam Sigh, can not formed the Ministry, because he was not in majority. Therefore, the decisions taken by his ministry are illegal and against the constitution, and the Minutes of UP Assembly also illegal, moreover all decisions taken by state cabinets are illegal and moreover criminal nature. Therefore, the Hon`ble President of India, may shall prosecute entire state cabinet including CM and recovered the state expenditure incurred for them, from their bank account, if not, action / sale their properties and deposit in state treasury.Indian People, till date are knowing that CMP are well qualified, but funny part of the learned CPM and NCP leadership is now allowing to Mr. Mulayam Singh, to prove the majority in the house, Hon`ble SC, has already cancelled the membership of BSP MLA and indirectly more other MLA who had defeated their own party before three year back. Therefore, the CM Ship of Mr. Mulayamsingh and Ministership of his cabinets, is totally illegal and criminal. Nikita Khrushav, Russian Leader, rightly said that the Politicians shall promised to construct bridge, where there is no river. Indian politicians have no moral.

UP Dissolution of the house
by Mambakkam Subramanian on Feb 17, 2007 10:18 PM  Permalink

The whole thing is a farce. Our politicians will never okay any reforms that clean up their Aegen's stables, which is all bull shit. What is required is a comprehensive anti defection law without any loop whole like the one third of the strength of the party forming a split and so on. The law shall be a simple strightforward thing, that any member quitting any party shall resign his seat and he shall also be not permitted to contest the bielection caused by his resignation. This is necessary because today no politician wins on his personal charisma, but rides only on the money power provided by his party. If this is done there will be no horsetrading. By common logic this can also be extended to all parties that form coalition Governments. If any group or party gives consent to support a combine to form the Government, with or without the power and pelf that go with such support, they should resign from the house and contest the elections on a independent platform campaigning against the combine with whom they formed the Government. If this is done you will find that no gang can black mail the Prime Minister that if the Goverment does not agree to their proposal they will opt out of their support to the Goverment.

Also the power of imposing Presidents Rule should be taken out from the dirty hands of politicians and it has to be governed by a Collegium consisting of CJ of SC the Vice President, and three or four CJs of high courts. If this is done, by the time the collegium decides on imposing the President's Rule the term of the Government would have already lapsed, just like the present case where the judicial processhas taken all the time till the UP election fell due and now the Indain national Party, which is neither Indian nor national wants to impose the President Rule in the UP after supporting Mulla Singh Yadav all along during the tenure of the Government in return for the Damajwadi Party's support at Delhi.

by suruji shah on Feb 17, 2007 10:00 PM  Permalink

In democracy numbers work,If congress will play the game of president rule then they will be great looser, because Mulayam will say that when I am going to prove the majority in the house then why this hurry? Mulayam ke dono hath me LADDU hai, snia ke pas only Rahuk hai.

Dismiss the ministry...
by Rangasamy Vijay on Feb 17, 2007 07:55 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

As a standard practice the governor must recommend dissolution of the ministry at least few months before the elections and bring the state under impartial President's rule. This will prevent misuse of offical machinery for party campaigning.
Let us strive to clean our dirty political system...

there is no doubt abt. it that in UP is ruling by bad rular, but all of is due to this congress party. Now as assembly election are in frame they are asking impose president rule in UP, why? UP Governor is really not doing his work properly he is slave of central government or can say of congress such type of person should not offer such prestigious work to do because who has not his on thing of style of work, or can say a man who not able to know his duties in respect of this country should go.And on the other hand people of this country should thing that to whom they should vote for the shake of this country they should not go with name such as sonia or rahul, they should vote who can serve better this country for the shake of this country and for therself.
