1. His personal piety, however is undeniable he led an exemplary simple pious life.
2. Unlike his predecessors, Aurangzeb did consider the royal treasury as a trust of the citizens of his empire and did not use it for personal expenses.
3. Despite more than two decades he campaign as Subedar in Deccan and Gujarat there is no record of temple destruction in the region. He continued to confer Jagirs to Hindu Temples. His period was golden period and relatively peaceful, prosperous in his tenure.
4. Surprisingly he is well accomplished in playing VEENA stringed instruments.
5. Aurangzeb%u2019s cruelty as mere rumors or at best lies invented by Hindu bigotry and British historians who wanted to weaken India by their divide and rule policy. Bankim Chatterjee who served his whole life to British Government, was a tool of this conspiracy and dividing.
6. He spread his prayer rug and prayed in the midst of battle ground , brought him much fame.
7. He forbade, sati, drinking, gambling, prostitution,devadasies, temple dancing, brothel ashram and mutts.
8. He appointed Muhattasib (Lok Pal ) censors to control injustice and atrocities. The Brahmans and Higher Caste Hindus now found themselves facing Islamic Law Courts for the atrocities on Lower Castes Hindus.
9.He was best knowledgeable and brilliant administrator. He never tolerate injustice. He was a brave soldiers and best commander in the field. He was the only who control, Deccan and Bijapur, Dynasty. He Aurangzeb's leadership,in particular, he led Mughal forces in the conquest of the Deccan, seizing first the Golkunda and Bijapur Sultanates, and then attacking the Maratha chieftains. He annexed all the Maratha territories. He left Shivaji because there was no threat to his Kingdom.
These are the few of evidence of his greatness. The Brahamans and Higher Caste were subject to Aurangzeb justice. They maligned and created, invented, fabricated these all baseless stories.
Bio-Data of Shivaji Maharaj 1. His father Shahji left shivaji and his wife Jiji Bai because he found that the Jiji bai had illicit relation with Dadoji Konddev. Dadoji Konddev was the biological father of Shivaji. 2. He deceived Afzal Khan. He asked Afzal Khan that in person he surrender. When Afzal khan meet and hugged him Shivaji put the dagger in his back. The dagger he carried and in his sleeve. He killed Afzal Khan by dishonesty. 3. Shivaji asked employment in the Moghul Empire. He wanted to become Vassal. He went to see Aurangzeeb. He kissed his feet three times. Aurangzeb offered him job of 5000 soldiers%u2019 commander. He just refused because he was appointed equal to his real son. 4. Shivaji had himself crowned. As a Shudra or low-caste person, Shivaji had perforce to enact some ceremony by means of which he could be raised to the status of a kshatriya or traditional ruler. To this end, he enlisted the services of Gagga Bhatta, a famous Brahmin from Benares, who did the Brahminical thing in falsely certifying that Shivaji%u2019s ancestors were kshatriyas descended from the solar dynasty of Mewar. 11,000 Brahmins are reported to have chanted the Vedas, and another 50,000 men are said to have been present at the investiture ceremony, which concluded with chants of, %u201CShivaji Maharaj-ki-jai!%u201D 5. Shivaji%u2019s most trusted commander was Didi Ibrahim A Muslim. For him Shivaji built a Mosque adjacent to his fort. 6. Most power regiment of Shivaji was Pathan Regiment. Having 700 hundred Pathan. 7. Shivaji struck a military alliance with the Muslim leader Abul Hasan, the Qutb Shah Sultan, and together they waged a campaign against Shivaji%u2019s own half-brother, Vyankoji Bhonsle 8. Shivaji had an unhappy family life. Shivaji had several wives, concubines in his palace. 9. Shivaji%u2019s successors, taking advantage of the weakness of the later Mughals, would play more the role of plunderers and marauders than kings while still acting as the tax-collectors for the Mughal emperors. 10. The Shivaji%u2019s whole contest for power and resources.

Shivaji's biodata is anytime better than aurangzeb ,,, being Shudra if shivaji was wordshpped as demi god by hindus including brahmins ..than whihc means brahmins are not as bad as you guys want to potray them...
If shivaji has build mosque ,,, then that reflect on his secular character unlike aurangzeb who destroyed temples of hindus...
Jija bai having illicit relationship ,, what proof you have for such allegations.. when muslim men go to saudi for jobs ..should it be considered they do it cause thir wife has illicit relation with someone .. :)

Read the History, you will learn many thing. Stop reading the brochures of RSS GANGS AND GOONS read good Indian history book you will get all information. Be good reader. When history recorded that the Britisher and Hindu fundamentalist maligned the Indian History that means you have to be aware. Just read authentic Indian History Books that good for you and to your future generation. Other was you will be reported lost intelligence and bad conscience case.

Dear Rafi, What is authentic history according to you? which suits your dirty beliefs? Which says Bloody aurangazeb is a secular King?
