Aurangzeb was one of the cruellest ruler in medieval India. But indirectly it benefited the hindus. Often a question is asked who was more damaging for the hindus; Akbar or Aurangzeb ? The answer is Akbar because he diplomatically coarsed the hindu kings into submission with an exception of Maharana Pratap and Durgavati. But Aurangzeb adopting a hardline made many hindus against the mughals and soon after his death the Mughal Empire disintegrated. During his lifetime Marathas, Jats, Rajputs and Sikhs increased their power and subsequently hit the nail in the coffin of the Mughal Empire in the years to come.

Also the one who u claim is forcely converted to muslim, and they themself say no it was a wishful conversion.. Don't this contradict your claims that he did forceful conversion...
And in Pakistan... somebody wrote earlier he (Aurangzeb) is a HERO.
Why a hero in some part of the world is being called Villian here.. History is same, time was same, ruler was same..
Let us ask this question to them who were really forcefully converted and want to revert back again??

What nonsense ! Aurangzeb killed Guru Tegh Bahadur for not converting to Islam. His own court records detail his killing and forced conversions. Stop lying. Unfortunately we can't expect any better from true Muslims!

He/(or anyone) did wrong if he forcefully tried to convert him and/or killed him.
Lets take the case of the UK a new victim to the unholy terror of Islam. Why are middle class Pakistani Muslims blowing themselves up and killing innocent citizens of that country? The British have let them live in peace and in fact go out of their way to appease them. Nay, the Muslims are pampered in that country. In India the Muslims can at least justify to some extent their retaliation by using Kashmir or the Godhra incident as an excuse.

The first time I heard of this Naik clown was on this message board about a week ago. He was hailed as the shining light of Islam, and has answered the critics of Islam. You just have to read some of my previous posts on the subject where it's not difficult to show the childishness of his claims. One example that I find hilarious.
Since 2 plus 2 equals 4, other religions can't build temples or churches in Saudia Arabia. You can't get more ridiculous than that. There is a video floating around on YouTube.com. Every time you need a laugh I suggest to look for it in the comedy section. LOL.
Hmm...But I'm not a Hindu, just because I tell the truth it makes me a Hindu LOL.

Regarding British rule in India, I do have strong opinions about that too, it was as insidious, one just has to look at the Bengal famine.
They damaged the Hindu psyche far more intelligently than Islam, where Islam tried to snuff out the Hindu civilization using crude force, they went about it in a more sophisticated way. The Aryan Invasion Bullshit should suffice as an example for the moment.
