You Muslims should count yourselves lucky that you are living with the most generous and broad minded religion on this Earth. Learn somethings from Indian Christians, Indian Jews, Indian Parsis and other communities. Compared to Pakistan you are much safer if you only learn to mind your own business.
The Fact how broad minded and tolerant the Hindus are was know even to Persians or Parsis. These Parsis came to Hindu Majority India when they were being forcefully converted to Islam. Their learned leader knew one place and that is India. These Parsis were given land and they have lived peacefully and have worshipped their own god without fear.

Pakistan is hardly the model for us. That is however open to question if we were to look at our Hindutva brigadiers who want to make this country a purely Hindu Rashtra, with precisely our neighbour as a model. The Islamic terrorist is seen as anotehr model to emulate. And so, Gujarat is justified because terrorists did that to Kashmiri pandits.
Agreed, Indian Muslims are lucky to live in peace with their Hindu brethren. But that calm is fragile, vulnerable to riots as we have seen time and again. Communal amity, a key requirement for progress, is definitely a contribution of the liberal Muslims and Hindus, who constitute the majority. Radicals have no right to claim that credit from a moral high ground.

India was enough properous before the advent of Islamists and it can and will prosper with / without contribution of Muslims.
The amity you talk about has been disturbed by your other halfs. Hindus donated the land to muslims to go and live peacefully but the Islamists inherited greed never fulfills. The recent example of how the Indian POWS in Kargil were treated by Islamists. Don't forget the Indian story of how they buried the same Dead Islamists when their government refused to even own them.
Don't you liberal Muslims think that you have reform your community rather than trying to reform the Hindus. Some of you become liberals only when you are in a minority.

Jinnah had refused to accept the position of becoming the first Prime Minister of India and threatened with Civil War. He not only agreed to donate the land to his so called Muslim brothers but also gave some pocket money which was happily pocketed by Jinnah. Don't you know why Jinnah is called the Father of Porkistan.
And after creation of Porkistan and seeing the thinking of his other Islamist Leaders he felt ashamed at himself to have sided with the devils for a peaceful Porkistan. He died a unhappy man for having asked for separation for some Stupid Islamists.
The greediness of these Islamists came to fore when immediateley after the partition Pork Army tried to capture Kashmir saying it is also Muslim majority. This step again only proved that loot and greed is inherited in Islam and you Mullah's are then paid to fabricate the stories and preach to the Islamic Followers and that continues the greed.
Mr rafiuddin farooqui, even if your arguments are acepted, how do you justify partion of pakistan in 1971. Please accept the fact about partition and musilim rullers instead of writing fictions.

This is not religion never webbed people together, people in one nation. The religion taught you to be honest, peaceful,just living and doing contructive and development job. Religions never United people. The main factor is that when people come into peace. The Area boosting started. Same thing happen. Read Moulana Azad book India Wins Freedom. He forcast the division of Pakistan within quarter century due to its demography and the way pakistan created. The Internation political writer blames India for this partition. But in my opinion I support Moulana Azad view. He predicted in his book India Wins Freedom two things and these things happen.
1. He predicted that Pakistan will be divided within the quarter century due to its demography.
2.He predicted that after 50 years the hatred walls will be vanished. Government runs on the performance of Economy. Economy, Commerce and Trade will be key players. Those parties having good team they would run the government.
Its happen in the world the german hatered wall collapsed. The countris united leaving all difference and formed European Union. In Sub-continent. Manmohan Sing, Chidambaram brought Indian Economy back and boosted from ruins. The Government running on the basis of Economical Achievement. In Pakistan, Shaukat Aziz Economist running the Government. People want to through hatred and happy and healthy living.
