It should be the other way round. The MAN should be ordered to have sex with that other man (with whom his wife was supposed to have sex). Then only it will act as a real deterrent. Why punish the innocent woman for her man's deeds.

Also the way to punish women guilty of crime is raping them before killing if they are virgins to ensure that they will go to hell after death.

Mr Mike Gandhi
Pls get or grow over this devdasi thing, it loos like you are obsesed with it rather than condemning it. It is that social evil of Indian society which is condemned by all religions and sects in India and everywhere.
By the way muslim women are not at all emancipated even today, look at what happened to women in Aghanistan during taliban rule, women in Iran in Khomeni rule, even in India I have a muslim friend who eloped with an hindu boy whom she loved and she is very happy for last 7 yrs of marriage, because she can wear normal , colorful clothes, she has no restrictions, her say is taken into consideration, she's not treated as a child bearing machine to give birth to 3,4,5 and many children. At the same time she gets respect, protection , care and love from her husband and all her family members. She has no plan to contact her parents or relatives because she doesn't want to go back to restricted and suffocating life.
By the way education is given to hindu and muslim and christian women alike, but the religious/ cultural traditions for women are very rigid in islam, many muslim girls also agree but they are afraid to open their minds.
I would also like to state here that before the advent of Islam in India, Rajputs living in western India used to collect a similar form of Jizya or war tax which they called "Fix" tax. (Ref: Early History of India by Vincent Smith) War tax was not a sole monopoly among the Indian or Muslim rulers. Historian Dr. Tripathy mentions a number of countries in Europe where war-tax was practiced. (Ref: Some Aspects of Muslim Administration by Sri Tripathy)
Let us now return to Aurangzeb. In his book "Mughal Administration," Sir Jadunath Sarkar3, foremost historian on the Mughal dynasty, mentions that during Aurangzeb%u2019s reign in power, nearly 65 types of taxes were abolished, which resulted in a yearly revenue loss of 50 million Rupees from the state treasury. It is also worth mentioning here that Aurangzeb did not impose Jizya in the beginning of his reign but introduced it after 16 years during which 80 types of taxes were abolished. Other historians stated that when Aurangzeb abolished eighty taxes no one thanked him for his generosity. But when he imposed only one, and not heavy at all, people began to show their displeasure. (Ref: Vindication of Aurangzeb)
I could see how even fair-minded individuals like Nobel Laureate Professor Amartya Sen may have been deceived by the deadly venoms of dishonest, prejudiced historians whose sole aim has been to smear Muslim history. Such intellectual dishonesty by historians is dangerous - more explosive and more damaging than nuclear bombs. We have already seen its hideous effect with the destruction of Muslim historic sites (including the Babri Mosque) and recent riots in India that killed thousands of Muslims. Let us not fall into the trap set by those who want to "neatly divide our world." Let truth vanquish falsehood.
1 For example, see Shri Binoy Ghosh%u2019s Bharatjaner Etihash (Bengali for: History of Indian People), Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
2 Quoted in Chepe Rakha Itihash (The History %u2013 Hushed Up) by G. A. Murtaza, Barddhaman, India.
3 He demonstrated his vast knowledge of Persian-language (the official language during the Mughal period) sources. However, he was a Euro-centric historian and thus, not flawless in historical accounts. He served as the Vice Chancellor of the University of Calcutta (1926-2.

Come and say this in a public place - that Aurangzeb was the jewel of India - and you''ll get it good from the people around. If Aurangzeb was the jewel of India, Hitler should be the jewel of Germany, but no, they will not accept that - they now want to strip Hitler of his German citizenship. Shouldn't we re-name Aurangzeb Road as Shivaji or Guru Gobind Singh Marg as Francois Gautier mentions? Fanatics like you must be shot in the marketplace.
The tax the Rajputs used to collect was minimal, but the Jizya/Jaziya imposed on Hindus was huge - and if one could not pay it, one was killed/flogged mercillessly.
It should be pointed out here that while Jizya tax was collected from able-bodied non-Muslim adult males who did not volunteer to join war efforts in a Muslim-administered country, a similar form of war tax was also collected from able-bodied Muslim adult males who refused to join war efforts to defend the country. There was, therefore, no discrimination between able-bodied Muslim males and able-bodied non-Muslim males when it came to the payment of war-tax, as long as the person in question would not volunteer in war-efforts for defense of the Muslim-administered state. Zakat (2.5% of savings) and %u2018Ushr (10% of agricultural products) were collected from all Muslims, who owned some wealth (beyond a certain minimum, called Nisab). They also had to pay sadaqah, fitrah and Khums. None of these taxes were collected from any non-Muslim. As a matter of fact, the per capita tax collection from Muslims was several fold that of non-Muslims.

Zakat is a religious duty, but Jizyah is discrimination and way to eventually convert non-muslims to Islam. The two are very different. Taxation was a concern for non-Muslims who were paying a higher tax than the zakat tax paid by Muslims. It was also an important factor persuading many dhimmis to convert to Islam, though during the first century after the Arab conquest of Syria and Palestine conversion to Islam was not encouraged "partly because the jizyah constituted an important source of state revenue"

A page from Arabic manuscript back to the 12th century where a man playing the oud among women. Before Islam, women in the Arabian Peninsula followed the cultural bonds of the tribe. Each tribe had its own laws regarding women. Some were emancipated even in comparison with many of today's standards; others, however, lived in very chauvinistic societies. They were denied their rights to act freely. They were perceived as essentially inferior to men. Correspondingly, they were controlled by male characters within their families. They were under the authority of the father, brother and husband[2]. In some instances, women were chattels and men often buried their newly-born daughters alive.[3] A woman had no share in inheritance because she was regarded as unwise and uncapable of effectively managing her inherited property.
Arab women after Islam
Islam was introduced in the Arabian peninsula in the seventh century. According to the Qur'anic decrees, both men and women have the same duties and responsibilities in their worship of God. As the Qur'an states: "I will not suffer to be lost the work of any of you whether male or female. You proceed one from another".(Qur'an 2:195)
The Qur'an rejected the traditional and cultural practice of killing unwanted female children soon after birth. As it appears in (Qur'an 16:58-59),the religious message states: "With shame does he hide himself from his people because of the bad news he had! (the new-born is a female rather than male) Shall he retain her on and contempt, or bury her in the dust? Ah! What an evil (decision to bury his daughter alive) they decide on?"
Islam is the only religion which gave equal rights centuries ego. When evil practices are spreads.

How can you then explain MuhamMAD marrying a 6 year old girl when he was 53. Later he married his (ex) daughter-in-law. Here are some more points to ponder:
It is tragic to read news reports of old men marrying children in some Islamic countries, because they seek to follow the example of Muhammad who married a child. Muhammad had such an interest in fondling young girls, he criticized even the lawful marriage union of two grown adults.
Narrated Jabir bin 'Abdullah: When I got married, Allah's Apostle said to me, "What type of lady have you married?" I replied, "I have married a matron' He said, "Why, don't you have a liking for the virgins and for fondling them?" Jabir also said: Allah's Apostle said, "Why didn't you marry a young girl so that you might play with her and she with you?' Sahih Al-Bukhari Volume 7, Book 62, Number 17.
In the classic history of "The Life of Muhammad" (Sirat Rasul Allah) by Ibn Ishaq, there is an account in which Muhammad expressed a marital interest in a crawling baby. This event seems to have occurred around the time of the Battle of of Badr which would have made Muhammad approximately 55 years old. He had married Ayesha two years earlier, when he was 53 years of age.
(Suhayli, ii. 79: In the riwaya of Yunus I. I. recorded that the apostle saw her (Ummu'lFadl) when she was a baby crawling before him and said, 'If she grows up and I am still alive I will marry her.' But he died before she grew up and Sufyan b. al-Aswad b. 'Abdu'l-Asad al-Makhzumi married her and she bore him Rizq and Lubab...1
So, Muhammad's interest in young girls extended beyond Ai'sha ('Ayesha). Why would anyone think that Muhammad's sexual interest in babies be "the timeless expression of the Will of Allah?"
Now let us discuss on Emperor Aurangzeb%u2019s imposition of Jizya tax which had drawn severe criticism from many Hindu historians. It is true that Jizya was lifted during the reign of Akbar and Jahangir and that Aurangzeb later reinstated this. Before I delve into the subject of Aurangzeb%u2019s Jizya tax, or taxing the non-Muslims, it is worthwhile to point out that Jizya is nothing more than a war tax which was collected only from able-bodied young non-Muslim male citizens living in a Muslim country who did not want to volunteer for the defense of the country. That is, no such tax was collected from non-Muslims who volunteered to defend the country. This tax was not collected from women, and neither from immature males nor from disabled or old male citizens. For payment of such taxes, it became incumbent upon the Muslim government to protect the life, property and wealth of its non-Muslim citizens. If for any reason the government failed to protect its citizens, especially during a war, the taxable amount was returned.
Praise be to Allah the Lord of the Worlds and prayers and greetings be upon His honest messenger.
Dear brothers, this study has taken me a great deal of time, and I wish it gets your appreciation by reading it. I hope also to spread it around for the overall benefit while getting God's generous reward.
Facts
Indeed, women suffered immensely; they were the victims of every regiment, and the regret of all times, represented by many pages of deprivation, springs of sadness, they were deeply wronged, profoundly exploited in an unprecedented manner.
Chapters of Shame:
It is shameful that humanity was not treating women as human beings. All past civilizations exercised various types of torture, injustice, defeat and oppression unto her.
Greeks described her as the poisoning tree, and that she is filth made of from the Satan's work, and that she is sold as a commodity.
Romans said she has no soul and, as a sort of torture they poured hot oil over her, and she was dragged down to death by horses.
Chinese described her as the painful water which takes away happiness, and that a Chinese has the right to bury his wife alive and, if he dies his family will be entitled to inherit her.
Indians described her as worse than death, hell, poison, snakes, and fire. The woman has no right to live after her husband's death and that she should be burned with him.
Persians permitted the marriage of the unmarriageable with no exception), and it became allowed for a Persian to sentence his wife to death!
Jews described her as a curse because she is the reason of seduction, and that she is dirty when in menstruation, and they permitted her father to sell her.
In Christianity: The French held a conference in 586 AD to determine if the woman can be considered as a human or not, does she have a soul or not? If yes, is it a human or an animal soul? If it is a human soul, is it on the same level or on a lower level to that of the man? They finally decided that she is a human, but she is created only to service the man. The English parliament issued a decree during Henry the 8th rein, the English King, which banned women from reading the new testament (the falsified Bible) because they are sullied (dirty ) .
Before Islam, Arabs used to hate her like death. She used to be buried alive, or thrown into a well in a very brutal manner.
Women's liberation
Allah sent Prophet Mohamed (PBUH), the mercy for all mankind. His attributes changed the face of the ugly history and shaped a new and an unprecedented life in humanity and in the entire civilization.

Paul Sheehan asks why Western feminists are mute on the plight of their Islamic sisters.
--July 24, 2006
When a beautiful young woman from Somalia wrote a screenplay entitled Submission, about the treatment of women in Muslim culture, and a Dutch artist, Theo van Gogh, then made the film, Muslim fundamentalists in Holland delivered a famously spectacular review.
Van Gogh was shot eight times and his killer was apprehended while attempting to decapitate the body, just in case the message had been too subtle.
As for the screenwriter, Ayaan Hirsi Ali, she was taken into police protection and moved from house to house.
The van Gogh murder, committed in 2004, lives on in Europe as an emblem and a threshold in the accumulating body of evidence and incidents of intimidation by Muslims living within Western society. In Australia, our own extreme symptom and threshold in this same trend and cultural struggle was the gang-rapes of dozens of young women by Muslim men in Sydney. Nine trials have worked through the courts so far as a result of these crimes.
In this cultural clash, the treatment of women is the most hotly contested terrain. Not just the treatment of non-Muslim women by Muslim men, but the treatment of Muslim women within Western culture. Many Muslim women live under constraints that are unacceptable to wider society. For years, a symptom of this tension, which is largely submerged, has been the distraught young women turning up at the Australian embassy in Beirut to escape forced marriages.
In the midst of this cultural and moral struggle one element has been conspicuously missing - the feminists - the authors, academics and commentators who rose to prominence as advocates of women's rights. In Australia and Europe, their response to the growing levels of sexual intimidation, harassment or suppression of women by Muslim men has either been a deafening chorus of silence, or denial and blame-shifting.
Instead, the combat has been left to journalists, and the heaviest work has been done, at great risk to themselves, by dissident women inside Islamic culture. Women such as Hirsi Ali, who, before her life in Holland became intolerable and she retreated to the United States, wrote The Caged Virgin, a book in which she comments: "Islam dominated the lives of our family %u2026 I was taught that Islam sets us apart from the rest of the world, the world of non-Muslims. "Allah sent Prophet Mohamed (PBUH), the mercy for all mankind.!" I have one doubt.
Did Prophet carry any identity card from Allah.
If he did how do you know that it was issued by Allah himself?
These are all fake stories & prospects created to attract women who only will know reality after entering.I know Islam is very objective & does not care about the means, by hook or crook to acheive the objective.
Hinduism is a religion which worships women.
Also can you clarify then why did the so called Gods agent marry a 6 year old when he was 54.
