Even in Islam there is no single viewpoint.
there are various contradicting schools of jurisprudence like
1.Hanafi
2.Deobandi
3.Maliki
4. Shaafi
5.Hanbali
6 Jaafri
7. Zaydi
8. Ibaadi
9 Taahiri
10. Salaafi
11. Tawassuf
12. Ashaari
So there are more divisions in Islam than hinduism.
so why have muslims been allowed to have Muslim personal law in India ?

Wada Pav Sudhar Jaw, Shall bring others. The list you mention I dont know many of them. Yes there are four schools of thoughts. Like Hanafi, maliki, Shaafi, Hanbali. They were great scholars. But Islam Doesnt consider their absoluteness. They studied and they guided. Our Islam Based on the following:
1. One Allah ( There is no God Except Allah the one and Only)
2. The Prophet Mohmmed (p.b.u.h) (The prophet Mohammed p.b.u.h. is the Messenger and servant of Allah.
3. The Holy Quran ( The last final revelation of the God a complete guidance to mankind.)
These are the basic elements common to all. You call it Farooqui followers, Majlis followers there is no effect to above respects. The Laws remain same. You Can be Nakshbandi, Chisti but You are Muslim first accept that there is no God Except Allah the One Only and the Prophet Mohammed is the Messenger of Allah and the Holy Quran is the last revelation for the whole mandkind with divine Laws.
I do not know you people so simple doesnt understand simple things. I have to teach you the ABCD. You people could not differentiate.
I read your message with great attention. I read your message of Islam and Quoran, which are good and acceptable to all as well as to me, but moot question is as to whether you have taught this to your people. I have never a single word about Islam or Quoran, rather I have written about the people who are practicing Islam. I could not understand the meaning %u2013 Arun Shourie article there and there is no difference and whom you have addressed. So far I am concern I have never read any article or book of Arun Shourie and if it is addressed my message than I would be grateful if you show me the words which are shame then I would be proud that I am a writer like him, a great of scholar of Economic, having Doctorate and from a very reputed family.
Now I come to your point, as to whether the killing of innocent people, naming as Jihad is teaching of Islam and if so under which circumstances Jihad could be carried and who would declare it. Whether I can call a Jihad against the people who are not from my community. You also may have series of justifications, and the good and evils of other community, but even so whether such evils justify the evils of your community, though your people have given series of justification like LTTE (which is not at all on religious basis), Naxalite (which is again not at all on religious basis) may be ULFA (which is also not at all on religious basis), etc. etc., though I am not justifying all such activities, but these are not religious basis and more importantly, evil in any part of world does not justify your Jihad, a merciless genocide.
In UP, I do not know your claim about RSS, so I would not comment. But you did not utter a single word about the present SP Govt. Are you aware that how many anti-country terrorist groups has found safe shelter under the regime of SP. Whether you want to tell that BJP would be worse than present SP, though I do not have very clear answer but to an extent, but more importantly it would be tough time for Islamic Terrorists group, whether you are afraid of this and if so why, whether you also support the terrorism and if not have you informed the authorities about the suspicious people of your community.
There are few sentences, I could not understand. I would be happy to reply you for your grievance about injustice, no equality etc. etc. Earlier also I had pasted my message and also pasted detailed reply to one Mr. Mohammed Ahmed, which was subsequently acknowledged by one Mr. Rashid also but nobody dared to refuse the truth. If you require, I may paste once again for your perusal. Go and introspect, and I am sure you would get the reply.
Earlier also I had raised few questions:
1. Why there should be a personal law for any particular community?
2. Is our country not secular in true sense, so far political and governance issues are concerned?
3. Is our country not secular in true sense; so far social and non-political issues are concerned?
4. Why the misuse of taxpayer%u2019s money to appease a particular community at the cost of majority
5. Do Muslims are not being treated as vote bank, a commodity, which are being traded as cattle
